供电公司电力通信运维平台设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Power Communication Operation and Maintenance Platform of Power Supply Company

【摘要】 电力通信网是电力系统中进行电网业务数据传输的重要基础设施,电力通信网的运维管理工作效率对于构建智能电网有着非常重要的意义。近年来国家电网公司提出了各地电力通信网的协同式和集约式建设模式,这就要求各地供电公司能够实现全局视图下的电力通信网运维管理。在目前的电力通信网管理模式中,各供电企业的管理人员只能够对本地电力通信网进行状态查看和运行管理,无法从整个电力系统角度进行电力通信网的数据获取。同时,对于国家电网公司而言,也无法根据各供电企业电力通信网的运维信息,建立起集成化的电力通信网数据中心。所以此情况下导致了电力通信网总体管理业务的质量低下和效率不高的问题。在此背景下,国家电网公司对各地供电企业提出了建设电力通信运维平台的任务,在实现对本地电力通信网进行运维管理的基础上,为国家电网层面的电力通信网数据中心建设提供数据支持。本文对所在供电公司的电力通信运维平台进行了设计和实现,该系统能够在国家电网公司信息通信分公司的统一部署下,在本地实现国网骨干网的运维管理视图,对其他供电区域的网络拓扑结构、运行状态监视数据、票单数据、KPI(Key Performance Indicator)指标数据以及事故与事件数据进行跨网检索与查看,建立全网视图下的电力通信网网络拓扑以及运维管理机制。本文研究的电力通信运维平台能够基于国家电网公司信息通信分公司的信息化管理平台,在本地构建起全网视图下的网络运维管理机制,解决当前在电力通信网运维管理中存在的数据孤岛、整体效率低下等问题,为公司的电力通信网管理人员提供跨区域的电力通信网运维管理工具。
【Abstract】 Power communication network is an important infrastructure for data transmission in power system.The efficiency of operation and maintenance of power communication network is very important for building smart grid.In recent years,national power grid corporation has put forward the collaborative and intensive construction mode of power communication network.So,this requires the power supply companies to realize the global view of the power communication network operation and maintenance management.In the current management mode of electric power communication network,the managers of power supply enterprises can only check the status and operation management of the local electric power communication network,and cannot obtain the data of electric power communication network from the perspective of the whole electric power system.At the same time,for State Grid Corporation of China,it is impossible to establish an integrated data center of power communication network according to the operation and maintenance information of power communication network of power supply enterprises.Therefore,this situation leads to the low quality and low efficiency of the overall management services of the power communication network.Under this background,State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC)has put forward the task of building the operation and maintenance platform of power communication for power supply enterprises in different regions.On the basis of the operation and maintenance management of local power communication network,it provides data support for the construction of data center of power communication network at the level of national grid.The power communication operation and maintenance platform proposed by Panzhihua Power Supply Company is designed and realized in this thesis.The system will be able to implement the operation and maintenance management view of the national network backbone network under the unified deployment of the communication department of National Grid Corporation.And the network topology,operation status monitoring data,ticket data,KPI index data,and accident and event data of other power supply areas are cross-checked and viewed in the mean time.And the operation and maintenance management mechanism of power communication network under the whole network view is established by the use of thesystem.The power communication operation and maintenance platform studied in this thesis is able to construct the network operation and maintenance management mechanism under the whole network view based on the information management platform of the communication department of National Grid Corporation.And the system could also solve the problems of data island and low efficiency in the operation and maintenance management of power communication network.And the cross-regional power communication network operation and maintenance management tools is also provided for the company’s power communication network management personnel by the use of this system.
