【摘要】 中国历经70年的繁荣发展,尤其是改革开放以后,信息技术的不断普及,彻底改变了原有的落后经济现状,全球一体化日程的全面推进,这些原因推动了社会生产方式的转变,一部分高科技产业成为了经济发展的主要驱动力,例如从事计算机的企业、通讯技术产业,时代的浪潮推动出一大批中小型高科技企业,这些企业开始成为时代的弄潮儿。中小企业在洛阳市的经济中占有很大的比重,它们在经济社会中具有自己独特的作用,这些作用是大企业无法发挥出来的。小企业虽然在规模上不及大企业,但其却在数量上占有优势,因此小企业为我市大多数的公民提供了工作岗位,在确保我市经济快速增长,失业人员再就业方面有着无可替代的作用。企业只有储备足够的资金才能保持长远发展,但是受到自身经营和市场体制和其他多种因素限制,企业的融资过程可谓非常艰难。融资难问题成为导致很多中小企业错失快速发展的机会,中小企业的竞争优势更无从谈起,逐步陷入发展的困境。又加上金融行业爆发了全球性的经济危机,中小企业不得不应对更大的挑战。如果我们从更高的角度来看,中小企业之所以面临发展困境主要原因还是融资难的问题。只有妥善解决这个问题,才能给中小企业发展带来希望。文章通过在分析国内外中小企业融资方式的基础,以洛阳中小企业为例,通过对洛阳中小企业融资方式的特例进行分析,以小见大,探究洛阳市经济平稳快速发展的途径。在当前经济发展的情况下,采取合适的措施解决洛阳市中小企业的融资问题。本文主要解决如下问题:首先,对企业融资相关理论进行研究学习,了解洛阳中小企业融资中出现的融资难,渠道少等诸多问题所在;然后围绕现中小企业融资过程的现状问题展开研究,简析产生这些问题的原因,重点围绕内外部因素展开论述;最后,根据洛阳典型中小企业融资案例的对比,总结各个融资方法的特征;最后,针对中小企业融资策略给出最合适的建议,以供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 After 70 years of prosperous development in China,especially after the reform and opening up,the continuous popularization of information technology has completely changed the status quo of the backward economy and the comprehensive advancement of the global integration agenda.These reasons have promoted the transformation of social production methods.The technology industry has become the main driving force for economic development,such as computer-based enterprises and communication technology industries.The wave of the times has promoted a large number of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,which have begun to become the tide of the times.SMEs account for a large proportion of the city’s economy.They have their own unique role in the economy and society.These functions are not available to large enterprises.Although small enterprises are not as large as large enterprises,they have an advantage in quantity.Therefore,small enterprises provide jobs for most of our citizens,and there is no substitute for ensuring rapid economic growth and reemployment of unemployed people.effect.Enterprises only need to reserve enough funds to maintain long-term development,but due to their own operations and market system and other factors,the financing process of enterprises can be described as very difficult.The difficulty of financing has become an opportunity for many SMEs to miss out on rapid development.The competitive advantage of SMEs is even more difficult to talk about and gradually fall into the predicament of development.Coupled with the global economic crisis in the financial industry,SMEs have to deal with even greater challenges.If we look at it from a higher perspective,the main reason why SMEs face development difficulties is the difficulty of financing.Only by properly solving this problem can we bring hope to the development of SMEs.Based on the analysis of the financing methods of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad,this paper takes Luoyang SMEs as an example to analyze the special cases of financing methods of small and mediumsized enterprises in Luoyang,and to explore the way of stable and rapid development of Luoyang City.In the current economic development situation,take appropriate measures to solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises in Luoyang.This paper mainly solves the following problems: Firstly,research and study on the theory of corporate finance,understand the financing difficulties and financing channels in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in Luoyang,and then carry out research on the current situation of the financing process of small and medium-sized enterprises.The reasons for these problems are mainly focused on internal and external factors.Finally,according to the comparison of typical SME financing cases in Luoyang,the characteristics of each financing method are summarized.Finally,the most suitable suggestions for SME financing strategies are given for reference..更多还原
