基于P-MIS软件的承德火电厂烟气除尘脱硫项目质量管理研究

【摘要】 我国作为世界上最大的煤炭国家,相关产业占我国总能源的76.3%,根据相关数据显示,我国对于相关污染气体的排放量达到了历史最高的程度,并且超过了国家的排放标准,所以对于相关产业污染排放的治理十分重要。首先,对企业项目质量管理展开描述,包括建设项目质量管理的内涵和特点,并对P-MIS网络质量管理软件系统(简称P-MIS软件)的基本理论和概念进行了概述。进一步对我国火电厂的烟气除尘质量管理现状做出相关分析,说明了火电厂烟气除尘脱硫质量管理项目采用P-MIS软件进行管理的重要性。然后,针对承德火电厂,分析了烟气除尘脱硫项目质量管理方面的基本情况,总结了承德火电厂烟气除尘脱硫项目在质量管理中出现的问题。在分析承德电厂除尘脱硫项目基本情况的基础上,阐述了除脱系统采用P-MIS软件的必要性。其次,对承德火电厂烟气除尘脱硫项目采用P-MIS软件进行质量管理进行了全面的设计。在对承德火电厂烟气除尘脱硫项目质量管理分析的基础上,给出了采用P-MIS软件进行质量管理的步骤。设计了采用P-MIS软件进行质量管理的“计划、实施、检查、处理”PDCA管理全过程,进一步设计了采用P-MIS软件对承德火电厂烟气除尘脱硫项目其它方面的质量管理过程。最后,给出了承德火电厂烟气除尘脱硫项目采用P-MIS软件进行质量管理实施的保障措施,包括管理人员保障措施、人员技术水平保障措施、系统操作简易程度保障措施、P-MIS软件质量管理设备的保障措施、网络保障措施、设备保障措施、应用环境保障措施及P-MIS软件投资的资金保障措施。
【Abstract】 As the largest coal country in the world,China’s relevant industries account for 76.3% of China’s total energy.According to relevant data,China’s emissions of relevant pollutants have reached the highest level in history,and exceeded the national emission standards,so it is very important for the treatment of pollution emissions of relevant industries.First of all,describe the project quality management of enterprises,including the connotation and characteristics of construction project quality management,The basic theory and concept of p-mis network quality management software system are summarized.Furthermore,the status quo of quality management of flue gas dedusting in thermal power plants in China is analyzed,and the importance of using p-mis software to manage the quality management project of flue gas dedusting and desulfurization in thermal power plants is explained.Then,aiming at Chengde thermal power plant,the basic situation of quality management of FGD project is analyzed,this paper summarizes the problems in quality management of flue gas dedusting and desulfurization project in Chengde thermal power plant.Based on the analysis of the basic situation of the dedusting and desulfuration project in Chengde Power Plant,the necessity of using p-mis software in the dedusting and desulfuration system is expounded.Secondly,the quality management of the flue gas dedusting and desulfurization project in Chengde thermal power plant is carried out by using p-mis softwareFace design.Based on the analysis of the quality management of Chengde thermal power plant’s flue gas dedusting and desulfuration project,the steps of quality management with p-mis software are given.The PDCA management process of "planning,implementation,inspection and treatment" of quality management with p-mis software is designed,and the quality management process of other aspects of flue gas dedusting and desulfurization project in Chengde thermal power plant with p-mis software is further designed.At last,the quality management of Chengde thermal power plant flue gas dedusting and desulfuration project is carried out by using p-mis software,the safeguard measures include the safeguard measures for management personnel,technical level of personnel,ease of system operation,p-mis software quality management equipment,network,equipment,application environment and p-mis software investment.
