基于模糊层次分析法的输变电工程设计研究

【摘要】 输变电工程项目具有明显的高投资、技术复杂等特征,优化其项目管理水平则是重中之重。现有的输电线路选择方法往往只根据工程经验进行确定,其选择的合理性和决策者本身的水平有明显的关联性,这就导致线路选择中可能存在的不确定问题。因此,需要提出合理的输电线路选择思路。兼顾经济、施工技术、社会环境、施工环境等方面对输电线路的设计进行综合评价,从而确定最佳的线路方案。本文在结合工程经验提出多个候选方案的基础上,建立了包含多层指标的评价模型对候选方案进行模糊综合评价,以确定最优的输电线路路径,同时结合电力负荷预测等技术进行变电站设计。主要研究内容如下:1)建立了模糊层次分析法模型,用于线路接线方案的评价。首先分析了指标选择的基本原则,进一步从技术、经济、施工以及环境等四个方面建立了层次分析法指标体系。基于建立的逻辑结构,计算了各指标的权重,构造了完备的全要素指标,并就模糊评价的计算展开分析。2)针对智慧站输变电工程的系统接入方案展开优化设计。第一步针对工程的基本情况展开分析,探讨了工程的必要性;进而对所在区域的电力系统现状展开阐述,分析当前的不足,并分析了电力系统未来发展规划。在上述基础上,设计了系统接入方案的相关候选方案,并基于建立的模糊层次分析法模型进行方案的优化选择,并最选择的方案进行模糊评价。具体的电气计算验证了设计方案的科学有效性。3)以优化后的系统接入方案为基础,针对智慧站的输变电工程进行具体的方案设计。首先分析了设计的主要要求,考虑了电气主接线、设备参数、短路电流水平以及中性点接地方式等细则要求,分别从线路和变电站两个方面展开具体的设计。在线路设计方面,考虑了线路选择的原则,设计了线路路径方案,并对线路规模展开具体的分析设计。在变电站设计方面,结合系统的需求,设计了变电站的电气主接线,并进行主要设备的选型,并就站用电以及防雷接地等方面展开设计。实例研究验证了本文所提的模糊层次分析法综合评价体系具有实用价值。

【Abstract】 The power transmission and transformation project has obvious characteristics of high investment and complex technology,so optimizing its project management level is the most important.The existing transmission line selection methods are usually only determined according to the engineering experience,and the rationality of the selection is obviously related to the level of the decision-makers themselves,which leads to the possible uncertainty in the selection of transmission lines.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward a reasonable idea of transmission line selection.Comprehensive evaluation of transmission line design is carried out in consideration of economy,construction technology,social environment and construction environment,so as to determine the best line scheme.In this paper,based on the project experience,several candidate schemes are put forward,and the evaluation model including multi-layer indexes is established to evaluate the candidate schemes in fuzzy comprehensive way,so as to determine the optimal transmission line path.At the same time,the substation design is combined with power load forecasting and other technologies.The main research contents are as follows:1)The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model is established for the evaluation of line connection scheme.Firstly,the basic principles of index selection are analyzed,and the index system of AHP is further established from four aspects of technology,economy,construction and environment.Based on the established logical structure,the weight of each index is calculated,and a complete index of all factors is constructed,and the calculation of fuzzy evaluation is analyzed.2)The system access scheme of intelligent station transmission and transformation project is optimized.The first step is to analyze the basic situation of the project,discuss the necessity of the project,and then elaborate the current situation of the power system in the region,analyze the current deficiencies,and analyze the future development plan of the power system.On the basis of the above,the relevant candidate schemes of the system access scheme are designed,and the scheme is optimized and evaluated based on the established fuzzy AHP model.The specific electrical calculation verifies the scientific validity of the design scheme.3)Carry out specific scheme design for power transmission and transformation project of intelligent station.First of all,the main requirements of the design are analyzed,and the detailed requirements of the main electrical wiring,equipment parameters,short-circuit current level and neutral point grounding modeare considered.In the aspect of line design,the principle of line selection is considered,the route scheme is designed,and the specific analysis and design of line scale are carried out.In the aspect of substation design,combined with the requirements of the system,the main electrical wiring of the substation is designed,and the selection of the main equipment is carried out,and the design of the station power and lightning protection grounding is carried out.The case study verifies the practical value of the fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation system.
