绿色工厂建筑内部环境温湿度控制及能耗分析

【摘要】 随着现代社会的不断发展进步,人们对工作生活的环境温湿度要求也越来越高,同时对其控制能耗的重视程度也不断提高。我国有大批的劳动者工作在一线生产车间,研究如何在消耗较少能源的前提下实现对工厂内环境温湿度的控制,从而提升劳动者工作效率,就具备了较大的现实意义。同时这方面研究也符合了《工业建筑节能设计统一标准》GB 51245-2017节约和合理利用能源资源,提高能源资源利用效率的要求,有利于实现工业建筑的可持续发展和生产效益的提升。本文针对目前工业建筑内部环境温湿度控制能耗过高的问题,结合背景资料总结出降低能耗的各项措施并进行介绍,最终通过运用Energyplus结合Openstudio软件对建筑实物进行建模,对各项节能措施进行模拟分析计算,根据实际模拟的计算数据证明节能措施的可行性和节能效果。建模和模拟计算内容包括案例建筑的初始能耗情况、外墙及遮阳系统优化后案例建筑的全年总能耗下降比例、通风系统的优化效果、现有空调冷水机组能耗状况、空调系统定频改变频系统和优化运行工况后的节能效果、建立光伏板发电系统的模型并计算发电量。通过对实际工业建筑节能措施进行理论模拟计算的研究方法,证明了通过优化工业厂房围护结构、添加遮阳装置可可将工业建筑本身的全年总能耗下降比例为10%,其中对工业建筑的显热负荷的降低作用大于显冷负荷。通风系统的合理设计可充分利用大自然的环境温湿度来调节工厂内部温湿度,在消耗较少能源的基础上可创造较高的效益,但对自然环境的依赖性较高。空调冷水机组具有较大的节能潜力,通过提高水系统空调的冷冻水进排水温度,将定频系统改为变频系统等,能耗下降11%,水泵能耗下降38%。太阳能发电系统与工业建筑的结合有天然的优势,太阳能光伏板可设置在屋顶、天窗顶部、遮阳板及雨棚等位置,实验结果表明经调整光伏板朝向可对光伏系统发电效率产生影响,接近建筑所在地区维度时可产生较高的发电量。
【Abstract】 With the continuous development of modern society,people’s requirements for work and life environmental temperature and humidity control are becoming higher and higher,at the same time,the degree of energy consumption control is also increasing.There are a large number of workers working in production workshops,the study of internal environmental temperature and humidity in factory is meaningful.At the same time,the research also meets the requirements of Uniform Standard for Industrial Buildings Energy-saving Design GB51245-2017 to save energy resources and improve the efficiency of energy resources utilization.This paper aims at the problem of high energy consumption by temperature and humidity controlling in industrial buildings.Modeling the building objects by using Energyplus and Openstudio software to evaluate each energy saving measure.Modeling and simulation calculation includes the initial energy consumption of the case building,energy save effect after optimization of the external wall and sunshade system,the optimization effect of the ventilation system,the existing air conditioning chillers and energy consumption situation after using inverter system and optimizing running time condition,establish photovoltaic panel generation system and the power generation is calculated.It is proved that by optimizing the wall and adding sunshade device,the total energy consumption of industrial buildings can be reduced by 10% in the whole year.The reasonable design of ventilation system can make full use of the environmental temperature and humidity,but its disadvantage is too depending on the natural environment.Air conditioning chillers by using inverter system and improve running condition,the energy consumption drops 11%,the water pump energy consumption drops 38%.The combination of solar power system and industrial buildings has natural advantages.The installation angle of photovoltaic panels near the dimension of the building area can produce higher power generation.
