【摘要】 随着2022年北京冬奥会的成功申办,冬季运动项目迎来前所未有的发展机遇,2016年国家体育总局颁布的《冰雪运动发展规划(2016-2025年)》中,明确提出“冰雪运动”进校园活动开展的必要性,推进了校园冰雪运动的发展进程,在此政策背景下,“百万青年冰雪”运动和“学校冰雪计划”同步推行,共同着力于提升校园冰雪运动普及与冰雪后备人才储备。“冰雪运动进校园”活动设计的研究一方面符合探寻冬奥背景下校园冰雪运动发展方向的需求,另一方面可为校园冰雪运动实践的开展实施提供参考。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法与逻辑分析法,对“冰雪运动进校园”活动设计进行综合性分析,得出相应结论:(1)从哈尔滨市区小学“冰雪运动进校园”活动设计的整体情况分析,学生普遍对“冰雪运动进校园”活动呈现积极态度,对目前学校所开展的活动形式基本满意,但在活动的趣味性和多元化方面有所期待,所调研的学校中,整体表现为冰上活动的开展普遍较好,雪上活动形式较为单一,冰雪活动设计的平衡性问题值得进一步探究;(2)校园冰雪运动的普及化与多元化发展已成为当代校园冰雪文化传承的重要组成部分,校园冰雪运动的实施不仅可以促进学生身体素质与运动技能的发展,也可促进学生综合素养的提升,由此提出“冰雪运动进校园”活动设计应以普适性、适应性、平衡性与调整性为原则,加强实践性探索;(3)提出“冰雪运动进校园”活动项目设计的基本构思要以培养学生社会适应性为目标、极具趣味性和切身性以及能够调试为不同运动强度的项目最适宜成为校园冰雪活动实践形式;(4)“冰雪运动进校园”活动应遵循合理配置活动资源、内容全面与突出重点相结合、注重培养学生综合运动能力以及对活动设计的验证等注意事项,力求活动设计具有广泛的普适性和实践意义。同时,进一步总结了“冰雪运动进校园”活动设计的常见问题,并根据常见问题提出反思,校园冰雪体育活动的设计要注重活动内容与目标的对接、促进校际与校间联合型活动的开展、推进常规体育课堂的转型与变革、增加调试性活动设计,从而推动校园冰雪体育活动的多样化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 with the successful bid to host the 2022 Beijing Olympics,winter sports usher in unprecedented opportunities for development,in 2016 promulgated by state general administration of sports of the ice and snow sports development plan(2016-2025),clearly put forward the necessity of "ice and snow sports" into the campus activities,and promote the development of the campus of ice and snow sports process,under the background of this policy,"millions of youth" ice and snow sports and "school of snow and ice project" synchronization,common focus on improve the campus of ice and snow sports popularization and ice back-up talent pool."Ice and snow sports into campus" activity design research on the one hand,conforms to the search for the games under the background of ice and snow sports campus development direction of demand,on the other hand can provide a reference for campus of ice and snow sports practice to carry out the implementation.This article USES the literature material law,expert interview and logical analysis,the "ice and snow sports into campus" activity design and comprehensive analysis,the corresponding conclusions:(1)from Harbin city elementary school "ice and snow sports into campus" activity design of the overall situation analysis,students of "ice and snow sports into campus" activity generally presents the positive attitude,for the current school activities form the basic satisfaction,but in the event of interest and diversity have been looking forward to,research school,the activities of the overall performance for the ice to carry out the common good,snow activity form is relatively single,ice and snow activity design of balance problems worthy of further exploration;(2)the ice and snow sports popularization and diversification development of campus has become the contemporary campus cultural heritage is an important part of snow and ice,the implementation of the campus of ice and snow sports can not only promote the development of students’ body quality and movement skills,also can promote students’ comprehensive quality has increased,thus put forward the "ice and snow sports into campus" activity design should take the universality,flexibility,balance and adjust for the principle,strengthen the practical exploration;(3)put forward "ice and snow sports into campus" activity basic idea of the project design is aimed at training students’ social adaptability,interesting and extremely vital and can debugging project is the most suitable for the different exercise intensity into campus snow activity practice form;(4)"ice and snow sports into campus" activity should follow the rational allocation of resources,comprehensive,and highlightthe key combination,pay attention to cultivate students’ comprehensive sport ability and matters needing attention of design validation activities and strive to design has extensive applicability and practical significance.At the same time,further summarizes the "ice and snow sports into campus" activity design of common problems,reflection,and according to the common problems of ice and snow sports activities on campus design should pay attention to content and target of butt joint activities between,promote the school and the school development,promote the transformation and change of the conventional sports class,increasing the debug sexual activity design,thus promoting the development of campus diversification of ice and snow sports activities.更多还原
