新能源装备制造企业面向智能制造发展的创新能力评价研究

【摘要】 当前,向智能制造转型已经成为西方发达国家装备制造业的未来发展趋势,我国新能源装备制造只有走智能制造发展之路,才能适应世界发展趋势。积极推进新能源装备制造业的智能化发展,是促进我国新能源开发和利用、改善能源结构、推动工业化进程快速且高质量发展的根本保证。我国新能源装备制造业的智能发展结构不平衡,尤其是长期沿用低端生产方式、核心部件受制于人,需要加强自主创新能力度。创新能力是新能源装备制造企业向智能制造转型的重要推动力。科学地评价我国新能源装备制造企业面向智能制造发展的创新能力具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文在对国内外的相关文献成果进行梳理和分析基础上,对新能源与新能源装备制造、智能制造和创新能力等进行了概念界定和特征分析,分析新能源装备制造企业面向智能制造发展的创新能力评价现状,指出现阶段新能源装备制造企业面向智能制造发展的创新能力评价存在的问题。针对存在的问题,从创新投入、创新产出、商业化推广和创新环境四个方面分析新能源装备制造企业面向智能制造发展的创新能力的影响因素。根据新能源装备制造企业面向智能制造发展的创新能力评价的特征和影响因素建立评价指标体系,综合运用熵值法和突变级数法构建新能源装备制造企业面向智能制造发展的创新能力的评价模型,以我国面向智能制造发展的12家上市的新能源装备制造企业2012年到2017年的面板数据为样本进行实证分析,阐明且量化了各评价指标的影响程度。根据实证分析结果和创新能力评价面临的问题,从创新能力评价组织,信息数据管理、创新能力评价标准三个方面提出实施新能源装备制造企业面向智能制造发展的创新能力评价的保障措施。

【Abstract】 At present,the transition to intelligent manufacturing has become the future development trend of equipment manufacturing in western developed countries.Only by following the path of intelligent manufacturing can China’s new energy equipment manufacturing adapt to the world development trend.Actively promoting the intelligent development of new energy equipment manufacturing industry is the fundamental guarantee for promoting the development and utilization of new energy in China,improving the energy structure and promoting the rapid and high-quality development of industrialization.Intelligent development structure of new energy equipment manufacturing industry in China is unbalanced,especially the long-term use of low-end production mode and the constraints of core components.It is necessary to strengthen the ability of independent innovation.Innovation capability is an important driving force for new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises to transform to intelligent manufacturing.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to scientifically evaluate the innovation ability of Chinese new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises based on the development of intelligent manufacturing.On the basis of combing and analyzing the relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper defines and analyses the concepts and characteristics of new energy and new energy equipment manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing and innovation capability,analyses the current situation of innovation capability evaluation of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises for intelligent manufacturing development,and points out the existing problems of innovation capability evaluation of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises for intelligent manufacturing development at this stage.IIn view of the existing problems,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the innovation capability of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises for intelligent manufacturing development from four aspects:innovation input,innovation output,commercialization promotion and innovation environment.According to the characteristics and influencing factors of innovation capability evaluation of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises for intelligent manufacturingdevelopment,an evaluation index system is established,the evaluation model of innovation capability of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises for intelligent manufacturing development is constructed by using entropy method and mutation series method,the panel data of 12 listed new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises for intelligent manufacturing development in China from 2012 to 2017 were taken as samples for empirical analysis,and the influence degree of each evaluation index was clarified and quantified.According to the results of empirical analysis and innovation ability evaluation problems,from the three aspects of innovation capability evaluation organization,information data management and innovation capability evaluation standard,the safeguard measures for implementing the innovation capability evaluation of new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises for intelligent manufacturing development are proposed.
