基于虚拟装配的船舶柴油机装配信息化技术研究

【摘要】 柴油机的装配是柴油机制造过程中最后一个阶段,一台柴油机能否保证良好的工作性能和经济性以及可靠地运转,很大程度上决定于装配工作的好坏,即装配工艺过程对产品质量起决定的影响。随着工业信息化的推进,将信息化技术应用到装配工艺信息管理、装配工艺规划、装配工艺现场指导乃至整个装配生产流程中去已成为必然的趋势。本文通过对现阶段船舶低速柴油机的装配工艺信息管理内容的分析,提出了基于虚拟装配的装配工艺信息管理模式,将虚拟装配、web、数据库等技术应用到低速柴油机的装配工艺管理中去,使得整个工艺过程从二维纸质化向三维可交互化转变。在工艺信息管理阶段,通过对装配工艺信息的分析,设计了装配工艺信息数据库;研究低速机装配工艺技术特点,建立工艺描述单元数据模型与工艺字典;利用装配工艺信息的可重用性,提出基于工艺字典的工艺信息编辑方法,实现工艺编辑过程模块化和可视化。在工艺规划阶段,本文根据低速柴油机的装配特点,分别设计了基于改进遗传算法的装配序列自主规划算法和基于吊装零件路径规划原则的路径规划方法,实现根据柴油机三维模型的信息自动生成较为合理的装配序列和装配路径;根据低速机的装配流程研究了虚拟装配过程中虚拟装配环境的构建、装配序列和路径仿真以及人机工程分析的重点内容。在装配工艺指导阶段,通过利用虚拟装配和互联网技术,设计了交互式电子工艺卡,能够集成包括文本描述、工艺附图、部套三维模型、虚拟装配文件等类型的工艺信息,工人能够通过交互操作浏览工艺文件获得更加直观的装配指导,同时还能及时向工艺部门反馈现场状况与意见。根据基于虚拟装配的装配工艺信息管理模式的需求分析,利用MySQL、Apache、PHP、JavaScript等设计开发了基于B/S船舶柴油机装配工艺信息管理平台原型系统,建立船舶柴油机装配工艺信息管理平台的网络运行模式;完成平台中装配工艺信息管理模块、序列及路径规划模块、工艺信息编辑模块、交互式电子工艺卡模块、装配过程监控模块界面的设计。
【Abstract】 The assembly of diesel engine is the last stage in the manufacturing process of diesel engine.The working performance,economy and reliability of diesel engine are affected by assembly quality.In other words,the assembly process has a decisive impact on the product quality.With the progress of industrial information technology,it has become an inevitable trend to apply information technology to the whole assembly process,which includes assembly process information management,assembly process planning and assembly process guidance.The content of assembly process information management of low-speed marine diesel engine is analyzed in this paper.The assembly process information management mode based on virtual assembly is proposed in this paper.The mode applies virtual assembly,web,database and other technologies to the assembly process management of low-speed diesel engine,and it make the whole process from two-dimensional to three-dimensional transformation.In the process information management stage,the assembly process information is analyzed and the assembly process information database is designed.The characteristics of lowspeed diesel engine assembly technology are studied,and the data model and process dictionary of process and data model of process description unit are established.Based on the reusability of assembly process information,a process information editing method based on virtual assembly is proposed to realize the modularization and visualization of process editing.In the process planning stage,the assembly characteristics of the low-speed diesel engine are analyzed,and the automatic assembly sequence planning algorithm based on the improved genetic algorithm and the path planning method based on the path planning principle of hoisting parts are designed.These two methods can generate more reasonable assembly sequence and assembly path automatically according to the information of the three-dimensional model of the diesel engine.Main contents of virtual assembly process consisted of the construction of virtual assembly environment,the simulation of assembly sequence and path,and the analysis of ergonomics are studied.In the stage of assembly process guidance,by using virtual assembly and Internet technology,an interactive electronic process card is designed.The interactive electronic process card can display process information including text description,process drawings,threedimensional models of parts,virtual assembly documents,etc.Workers can get more intuitive assembly guidance through the interactive electronic process card,and they can reflect the situation to the process department as well.According to the requirement analysis of assembly process information management mode based on virtual assembly,The marine diesel engine assembly process information management platform based on B/S is designed,and it developed by using mysql,Apache,PHP,JavaScript,etc.The network operation mode of marine diesel engine assembly process information management platform is established.The interactive interface of assembly process information management module,sequence and path planning module,process information editing module,interactive electronic process card module and assembly process monitoring module is designed.
