【摘要】 “三反”运动的爆发与爱国增产节约运动密切相关。在开展增产节约运动的过程中,中共领导人发现贪污、浪费、官僚主义现象会对增产节约运动造成巨大破坏,于是一场“反对贪污、反对浪费、反对官僚主义”的斗争在全国范围内陆续展开,并逐渐发展为影响全国的政治运动。苏州市“三反”运动从1952年1月3日正式开始,到1952年7月10日全面结束,运动可分为四个阶段,第一阶段是运动的准备阶段,主要是学习中央相关文件,了解“三害”的危害性;第二阶段是动员领导干部进行自我坦白的民主检查阶段,同时开始“大张旗鼓、雷厉风行”地动员广大群众;第三阶段是运动的高潮,开展打“虎”与追赃运动,进行定案处理工作;最后一个阶段是按照中央以及华东局的指示,做好思想建设,完成整党与建党工作。“三反”运动是建国初期一次较为重要的政治运动,一方面中国共产党通过这场政治领域的风暴,强化了自身执政地位,巩固了人民民主政权,同时促进了国民经济的恢复与发展,整顿了官场风气。另一方面,运动过程中所采用的斗争手段,产生了许多问题,也成为后世批判运动的一个主要因素。总之,这场运动既有积极向上的一面,同时也有值得总结与反思的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The outbreak of "Three Anti" Campaign,a movement against corruption,waste and bureaucracy taking place during 1951 and 1952,was closely related to the patriotic campaign to increase production and practice economy.During the process,leaders of the CPC Central Committee found that phenomena like corruption,waste and bureaucracy would terribly damage the campaign to increase production and practice economy.Therefore,a fight against "corruption,waste and bureaucracy" gradually spread across the country and later became a nationwide political movement."Three Anti" Campaign formally began in the city of Suzhou on January 3,1952 and completely ended on July 10,1952.The whole process could be divided into four stages.The first stage was the preparation for campaign,during which the main task was to learn relevant central files and know about the danger of " three evils".The second one was the democratic inspection stage,during which leading cadres were mobilized to self-disclose and vigorous and quick action was made to mobilize the general public.The third stage was the climax of the campaign.During this stage,actions were taken to crack down on "tigers ",those who were engaged in corruption,and track the flow of illicit money.And then finalization work was done.During the last stage,ideological construction and the work to consolidate and construct the Party were completed according to the indications from the Central Committee and East China Bureau."Three Anti" Campaign was one of the important political movements taking place in the initial period of the founding of People’s Republic of China.On one hand,through this political storm,the Communist Party of China strengthened its governing status,consolidated the people’s democratic dictatorship,promoted the recovery and development of national economy and at the same time rectified official atmosphere.On the other hand,struggle means adopted during the campaign left many problems,which became a major part in the later critical movements.In a word,this campaign has both positive effects and problems that needs summary and reconsideration.更多还原
