国丰1450mm热轧带钢尺寸精度控制

【摘要】 随着物质需求的不断增加,人们对热轧钢板的质量也提出了更高的要求,其中满足钢板的外形几何尺寸是轧钢的首要目的,这其中就包含横向和纵向尺寸。由于板坯的厚度、宽度、温度的不均匀以及组织成分上的不稳定,因此轧机出口厚度、宽度与设定值常常有误差。要降低这种误差,就必须在轧钢机轧制期间对钢板的厚度和宽度进行调节。对于钢板的厚度而言,热轧厚度不均会影响冷轧厚度及板型,严重时可能轧废。对于钢板的宽度而言,宽度控制的好,不但能够增加总的成材率,还会降低下游用户的切边率,提高产量和效益,所以说对宽度的控制提升产品质量。现代热轧宽带轧机大都采用了自动化系统,其中包括厚度自动控制系统和宽度自动控制系统。本文以唐山国丰钢铁有限公司1450mm热连轧生产线为研究背景,基于过程控制对影响带钢宽度和厚度的因素进行分析研究,主要从板坯自身、设备以及二级控制等方面分别进行分析,并根据热轧工艺理论和轧制模型并结合现场生产经验给出了解决方案。影响厚度的主要原因有:粗轧中间坯尾部温度、热卷箱温降、规格切换跨度过大、化学成分超差、未换辊标定轧机、轧制新钢种等等。影响宽度的主要原因有:宽窄规格切换、板坯厚度变化、冷热板坯混轧、宽展小等等。从过程控制上来讲影响尺寸精度的原因主要包括两个方面:一是自学习系数偏差过大;二是物理模型的一些参数不能满足实际轧制的需求。
【Abstract】 With the constant improvement of the demand,people also put forward higher requirements about the quality of the strip,the dimension of hot strip is one of the important indicators,including the thickness and width.The mill feed on temperature,material thickness and the nonuniformity of temperature will make steel rolling out relative to the size of longitudinal thickness deviation.To eliminate the thickness deviation,the thickness needs to adapt the control system to control the thickness of rolling process.Good precision of width can not only improve the yield of the product,but also reduce the trimming rate of downstream users and improve production and efficiency.Therefore,the width control can enhance quality.Modern hot-rolled broadband rolling mill mostly used automatic thickness and width control system.In this paper,taking Tangshan Guofeng Steel Co.,Ltd.1450mm hot rolling production line as study background,which was researched based on the process control of strip width and thickness of the factors.The slab itself,equipment and secondary control were analyzed separately,and according to the hot-rolled process theory and rolling model and field production experience,the solution is given.Affect the width of the main reasons are:among the roughing end temperature,temperature drop,specification switch hot coil box is too poor,chemical composition,not new steel mill,mill roll changing calibration and so on.The main reasons of impacting the thickness include width specifications switching,the variation in thickness of the slab,the slab heating mixing and small spread and so on.There are two main reasons for the influence of process control on dimensional accuracy,one is the excessive deviation of self adaptation coefficient,and the other is the parameters of physical model which can’t meet the actual rolling demand.
