高层建筑典型进度优化路径影响及决策分析

【摘要】 就当下而言,高层建筑项目开发越来越广泛,因其工程量不仅大而且复杂,施工技术难度大,施工过程要求非常高,需要整合各方资源以及运用好资源进行项目管理。因此需要寻找先进的高层建筑进度控制路径和决策方法解决工序和资源冲突问题。本文在梳理国内外高层建筑进度优化路径相关研究的基础上,提炼出四种典型的高层建筑进度优化路径:铝模爬架全混凝土外墙体系、主体结构穿插验收、内外装饰装修穿插施工、市政先行方法;通过文献调查分析上述四种路径对工程进度、质量、成本、安全的影响;通过问卷调查法对上述影响程度逐一量化和赋值;再通过系统分析法分析16种高层建筑进度优化决策模型,四种高层建筑优化路径的不同组合均能提升高层建筑的进度,因此最后优化出八种具有实践意义的高层建筑进度优化决策模型,并通过亚运村项目及绿城项目的开发要求进行具体案例分析验证了高层建筑进度优化的两种决策模型。

【Abstract】 At present,the development of high-rise building projects is becoming more and more extensive,because of the large and complex engineering volume,difficult construction technology,and very high requirements for the construction process.It is necessary to integrate the resources of all parties and use the resources for project management.Therefore,it is necessary to find advanced progress control paths and decision-making methods for high-rise buildings to solve the process and resource conflicts.Based on the research on the domestic and international high-rise building progress optimization paths,this paper has extracted four typical high-rise building progress optimization paths:aluminum mold climbing frames,all-concrete exterior wall systems,main structure penetration acceptance,interior and exterior decoration and decoration construction,and municipal administration.Pre-emptive method;analyze the impact of the above four paths on project progress,quality,cost,and safety through literature survey;quantify and assign the above-mentioned impact degree one by one through questionnaire survey method;and then analyze 16 types of high-rise building schedule optimization decision models through system analysis method Different combinations of the four types of high-rise building optimization paths can improve the progress of high-rise buildings.Therefore,eight practical high-rise building progress optimization decision models were finally optimized,and specific case analysis and verification were conducted through the development requirements of the Asian Games Village Project and the Greentown Project.Two decision models for scheduling optimization of high-rise buildings are presented.
