【摘要】 办好中国事情,关键在党,关键在党要管党、从严治党。党要管党必须从党内政治生活管起,从严治党必须从党内政治生活严起。十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度关注严肃党内政治生活问题。2016年10月27日,党的十八届六中全会在北京胜利召开,会议通过了重新制定的《关于新形势下党内政治生活的若干准则》,标志着党内政治生活规范化体系更加成熟和稳定。2017年10月18日至24日,中国共产党召开的十九大将“严肃党内政治生活”作为党政治建设的重要部分。2018年6月29日,习近平在主持中央政治局第六次集体学习时谈到:要贯彻落实新形势下党内政治生活的若干准则,让党员、干部在党内政治生活中经常接受政治体检,增强政治免疫力。(1)2019年1月31日,中共中央印发《关于加强党的政治建设的意见》指出,营造良好政治生态,必须严格执行《关于新形势下党内政治生活的若干准则》,着力提高党内政治生活质量,努力在全党形成又有集中又有民主、又有纪律又有自由、又有统一意志又有个人心情舒畅生动活泼的政治局面。(2)在这种背景下,研究习近平关于党内政治生活重要论述具有重要的理论意义和应用价值,是当前亟待进行深入研究的重要课题。本文对于习近平关于党内政治生活重要论述研究主要包含以下四个部分:第一部分对党内政治生活相关理论进行阐述,主要包括党内政治生活概念的形成和发展,梳理党内政治生活发展的时间脉络,强调党内政治生活在党建设中的功能和作用,从而明确党内政治生活的内涵及意义。第二部分对习近平党内政治生活重要论述的背景进行梳理总结,包括理论来源和现实背景。从马克思主义经典作家的党内政治生活思想到历代领导人探索经验以及对新时代党内情况的现实把握,都是习近平关于党内政治生活重要论述形成的重要基础。第三部分是对习近平关于党内政治生活重要论述内容的归纳总结。新时期背景下,党面临着新的问题和新的要求,赋予了党内政治生活新的历史使命和时代内涵。从习近平党内政治生活重要论述的主要内容和理论特点两个方面对其进行系统的分析和归纳,是本文的重点之一。笔者通过对习近平关于党内政治生活相关阐述进行整理归纳,将其主要内容归纳为以理想信念为首要任务、以制度建设为根本保证、严明党的政治纪律、端正用人导向、紧抓“关键少数”、以组织生活为载体这六大方面。在研究习近平党内政治生活系列讲话过程中,深刻感受到理论思想的严肃性、时代性、系统性和实践性等特点。第四部分是对习近平党内政治生活重要论述的理论价值和现实意义进行分析。习近平在继承传统党内政治生活思想的基础上,针对时代需要和现实基础,丰富党内政治生活理论的同时,推动全面从严治党向纵深发展,为新时代党的建设提供了有力保障和依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key to the success of China’s affairs lies with the party,and the key lies in the party’s need to govern the party and administer it strictly.The party must manage the party from the political life within the party,and the party must be strictly controlled from the party’s political life.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has paid close attention to the issue of serious political life within the Party.On October 27,2016,the Sixth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party was successfully held in Beijing.The meeting adopted the re-enacted "Several Guidelines on Political Life in the Party under the New Situation",marking a more mature system for standardizing political life in the Party.And stable.From October 18 th to 24 th,2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China held "serious political life within the party" as an important part of party political construction.On June 29,2018,when Xi Jinping presided over the sixth collective study of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee,he said: We must implement several guidelines for the political life of the party under the new situation,and allow party members and cadres to regularly undergo political medical examinations in the political life of the party.And enhance political immunity.(1)On January 31,2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Political Construction of the Party",which states that in order to create a good political ecology,"Several Guidelines on Political Life in the Party under the New Situation" must be strictly implemented,and The quality of political life strives to form a political situation in the whole party that is centralized,democratic,disciplined,free,unified,and personally comfortable.(2)In this context,the study of Xi Jinping’s political life within the party has important theoretical significance and application value,which is an important and is in urgent need of in-depth research.This article contains the following four parts of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the political life of the party:The first part elaborates on the theory of political life within the party,mainly including the formation and development of the concept of political life within the party,combing the timeline of the development of political life within the party,emphasizing the function and role of political life within the party in order to clarify Connotation and significance of political life within the party.The second part summarizes the background of Xi Jinping’s important expositions in the party’s political life,including theoretical sources and realistic backgrounds.From Marxist classic writers ’thoughts on political life within the party to past leaders’ exploration experience and realistic grasp of the situation within the party in the new era,all are important foundations for Xi Jinping’s important discussions on political life within the party.The third part is an inductive summary of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on political life within the party.In the context of the new era,the party is facing new problems and new requirements,which has given new historical missions and connotations of the political life within the party.It is one of the key points of this article to analyze and summarize the important content and theoretical characteristics of Xi Jinping’s internal political life.The author summarizes Xi Jinping’s expositions on the political life within the party,and summarizes its main content as taking ideals and beliefs as the primary task,taking system construction as the fundamental guarantee,scrupulizing the party’s political discipline,rectifying personnel orientation,and grasping the "key minority The six aspects of organizing life as a carrier.In studying Xi Jinping’s series of speeches on political life within the party,I deeply felt the seriousness,timeliness,systemicity,and practicality of theoretical thinking.The fourth part analyzes the theoretical value and practical significance of Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the political life of the party.On the basis of inheriting the traditional ideas of political life within the party,Xi Jinping has enriched the theory of political life within the party in accordance with the needs of the times and realistic foundations,while promoting the strict and comprehensive development of the party and deepening it,which provides a strong guarantee for party building in the new era And basis.更多还原
