高校思政课坚持价值性与知识性相统一的理论蕴含与实践路径研究
Theoretical Connotation and Practical Path Study of Ideological and Political Courses in Universities Adhering to the Unity of Value and Knowledge

【摘要】 习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上强调指出,思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,推动思想政治理论课改革创新,要坚持价值性和知识性相统一,寓价值观引导于知识传授之中。坚持价值性与知识性相统一是思想政治理论课教学的必然要求,是思想政治理论课改革创新的现实需要,更是思想政治教育发展的时代选择。为此,思想政治理论课坚持价值性与知识性相统一,是把大学生培养成为担当民族复兴大任的时代新人、成为德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的根本遵循。通过历史逻辑与理论逻辑的辩证统一方法和文献研究与问卷调查相结合的研究方法,聚焦高校思想政治理论课坚持价值性与知识性“为什么要统一”、“统一什么”、“何以能统一”、“如何统一”四个层面的问题研究。一是从高校思想政治理论课坚持价值性与知识性相统一的理论意义、实践意义以及时代意义阐述思想政治理论课坚持价值性与知识性相统一的重要性,阐释“为什么要统一”的问题。二是从价值性与知识性的内涵、价值性与知识性的辩证关系、历史演进过程以及具体体现等四个方面阐明思政课坚持价值性与知识性相统一的理论蕴含,分析“统一什么”的问题。三是从高校思想政治理论课教学实效性调查分析出发,立足思想政治理论课教学发展的现实需要和学生学习成长的实际需求,探索教学现状,从教学内容、课程逻辑、教学方法、教学考核和实践行为分析目前影响思想政治理论课坚持价值性与知识性相统一的因素,论证“何以能统一”的问题。四是依据理论分析和调查结果,提出构建高校思想政治理论课坚持价值性与知识性相统一的原则与方法,同时从加强知识体系与价值体系的互动构建,推进思政课堂与实践第二课堂协同、强化思政课堂与网络第三课堂互补和创新保障机制四个方面具体探析促进思想政治理论课坚持价值性与知识性相统一的路径,解决“如何统一”的问题。
【Abstract】 General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the school’s ideological and political theory course teachers’ seminar that ideological and political theory courses are the key courses to implement the fundamental task of establishing morals,and to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses,we must adhere to the unity of value and knowledge.The value is guided by knowledge transfer.Adhering to the unity of value and knowledge is an inevitable requirement for the teaching of ideological and political theory courses,a practical need for the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory courses,and an era choice for the development of ideological and political education.To this end,the ideological and political theory course insists on the unity of value and knowledge,which is the fundamental follow to train college students to become the newcomers in the era of national rejuvenation and become the socialist builders and successors for the comprehensive development of virtue,wisdom,physical beauty and labor.Through the dialectical unified method of historical logic and theoretical logic and the research method of combining literature research and questionnaire survey,focus on the ideological and political theory courses of colleges and universities adhere to the value and knowledge of "why should we unify","what should we unify",and "how can we unify","How to unify" four levels of problem research.One is to explain the importance of insisting on the unity of value and knowledge from the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities to adhere to the unity of value and knowledge,and to explain the question of "why should be unified".The second is to clarify the theoretical connotation of ideological and political education insisting on the unity of value and knowledge from four aspects:the connotation of value and knowledge,the dialectical relationship between value and knowledge,historical evolution process and concrete embodiment."The problem.The third is to proceed from the investigation and analysis of the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,based on the practical needs of the development of ideological and political theory courses and the actual needs of students ’learning growth,to explore the current status of teaching,from the teaching content,course design logic,teaching methods,teaching assessment The analysis of practical behaviors currently affects the factors that insist on the unity of value and knowledge in ideological and political theory courses,and demonstrates the question of "why can one be unified".Fourth,based on theoretical analysis and investigation results,put forward the principles and methods for constructing ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities that adhere to the unity of value and knowledge.At the same time,from the interactive construction of strengthening the knowledge system and value system,the ideological and political classroom and the second classroom are promoted The four aspects of collaboration,strengthening the complementarity between the ideological and political classroom and the third online classroom,and innovating the guarantee mechanism specifically explore the way to promote the ideological and political theory course to adhere to the unity of value and knowledge,so as to solve the problem of "how to unify".
