【摘要】 我国经济和社会正迅速发展中,自然乡镇城镇化的步伐也向前迈进,村民们的经济收入增长,生活条件也越来越好。村民对生活模式的不断变迁,使传统乡村民居已不能满足村民的生活,为追求更好生活环境,我国乡村地区部分村民开始对自家传统民居改造更新、扩建或另建新民居。如何适当地进行乡村民居现代化设计是一个值得研究的问题。本文通过研究乡村民居演变历史及现状,参考乡村民居现代化的相关实践研究,探索如何在不影响传统民居风貌前提下,克服资源浪费、缺乏统一规划和专业指导的缺点进行乡村民居的适应性现代化。并通过笔者对赣北民居案例进行的实践为切入点,结合设计师与村民对乡村民居现代化产生的影响,设计出贴近村民生活、满足村民现代化生产生活需求的民居设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the pace of urbanization of towns and villages is also moving forward.The economic income of villagers is increasing and their living conditions are getting better and better.The constant change of the villagers’ life mode has made the traditional village dwellings unable to meet the needs of the villagers.In order to pursue a better living environment,some villagers in rural areas of China began to renovate,expand or build new dwellings for their traditional dwellings.How to properly carry out the modernization design of rural dwellings is a problem worth studying.By studying the evolution history and current situation of rural dwellings and referring to relevant practical research on the modernization of rural dwellings,this paper explores how to overcome the shortcomings of resource waste,lack of unified planning and professional guidance to carry out adaptive modernization of rural dwellings without affecting the features of traditional dwellings.Based on the practice of folk houses in northern jiangxi and the influence of designers and villagers on the modernization of rural folk houses,this paper designs folk houses that are close to the villagers’ life and meet their needs of modern production and life.更多还原
