【摘要】 近几年来,我国对服务型政府的建设越来越重视,中央和地方各级人民政府也就如何建设服务型政府进行了大量的研究和探索实践,并取得了很多经验,但也存在很多问题。媒体在服务型政府中的作用,一直是学者关注的重点和研究的热点难点。近五年来,融媒体中心建设如火如荼,尤其是县级融媒体中心作为最基层的媒体,它的建设成功与否对于建设服务型政府起着尤其重要的作用。从目前现有的媒体宣传来看,融媒体中心已经成为必然趋势。建设好县级融媒体中心,更大程度地发挥“信息传播”和“公共服务”两大功能,更好地服务群众,是服务型政府建设的重要篇章。本文从服务型政府这个角度出发,以Z市融媒体中心建设为个例研究,对建设中存在的制度、资金、技术、人才等方面的问题,提出了加强顶层设计、支持资金、创新服务平台、培养人才等解决问题的方案设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to building a service-oriented government.The central and local people’s governments at all levels have also done a lot of research and exploration on how to build a service-oriented government.We have gained a lot of experience,but there are also many problems.The role of media in building a service-oriented government has always been the focus of scholars’ attention and research.In recent five years,the construction of media convergence is in full swing.Especially as the most basic media,the county-level media convergence plays an important role in the construction ofservice-oriented govenment.From the current media publicity,media convergence has become an inevitable trend.Building a county-level media convergence,giving full play to the functions of information dissemination and public service,providing better public services for citizens,plays a very important role in building a service-oriented government.From the perspective of service-oriented government,taking the construction of Z media convergence as a case study,this paper puts forward the solution design,supporting funds,innovative service platform,talent training and other problems in the construction of the system,capital,technology,talent and other aspects.更多还原
