基于太阳能集热再生器的开式太阳能吸收式制冷系统模型及性能优化研究

【摘要】 化石燃料的燃烧加剧了全球变暖,导致制冷需求也急剧上升,而当今社会能源短缺问题也日益严峻,因此开发节能,环保,高效的制冷技术势在必行。基于此背景,本文对于传统的溶液联动型开式太阳能吸收式制冷系统做出改进,提出一种新型的溶液流量解耦型的开式太阳能吸收式制冷系统,优化其制冷性能。首先建立了包括开式太阳能吸收式制冷系统中的各个部件及以系统COP为评价指标的一套完整的开式太阳能吸收式制冷系统数学模型,并验证了其中太阳能集热再生器,吸收器以及蒸发器模型的正确性,并设计了溶液联动型以及溶液解耦型系统的模拟程序。然后利用上述设计的程序模拟并分析了溶液流量联动型系统中各参数包括结构参数,流体参数及室外气象参数对系统性能的影响,发现各参数之间具有最佳的匹配关系。其次对溶液联动型系统做出改进,提出了溶液解耦型系统,并通过建立的程序模拟分析了该系统中各参数对系统性能的影响,并且对比了该系统与联动型系统的在不同参数下的性能差异,发现解耦型系统性能在绝大部分参数下均优于联动型系统。最后对比了 CaC12与LiCl溶液对解耦型系统的性能差异,发现LiCl系统明显优于CaC12系统,且CaCl2系统更容易在吸收器入口产生溶液结晶。

【Abstract】 The burning of fossil fuels exacerbates global warming,leading to a sharp increase in the demand for refrigeration,and the problem of energy shortage is becoming more and more prominent,so the development of energy saving,environmental protection,efficient refrigeration technology is imperative.Based on this background,this paper improves the conventional solar-powered open absorption cooling system with solution flow-rate linked and proposes a novel solar-powered open absorption cooling system with solution flow-rate decoupling to optimize its refrigeration performance.Firstly,a whole model of solar-powered open absorption cooling system with its every component and evaluation index COP is established,part of which are validated.And the simulation procedure of solution flow-rate linked system and solution flow-rate decoupling system are developed.Secondly Then the influence of various parameters including structural parameters,fluid parameters and outdoor meteorological parameters on the solution flow-rate linked system performance is simulated and analyzed by using the program designed above.It is found that there is an optimal matching between the parameters.Thirdly,based on the improvement of solution flow-rate linked system,solution flow-rate decoupling system is put forward,the effects of related parameters on performance of which are investigated.The performance of solution flow-rate linked system and solution flow-rate decoupling system are compared,and the results indicate that the performance of solution flow-rate decoupling system are better than solution flow-rate linked system under most of the parameters.Finally,the performance di fference of solution flow-rate decoupling system between CaC12 and LiCl solution was compared,and it was found that the performance of LiCl system was obviously better than the CaCl2 system,and the CaCl2 system was easier to produce crystals at the inlet of the absorber.
