【摘要】 目的编制《社区护士慢性病管理能力问卷》,并对该问卷进行信效度检验。方法1.本研究以胜任力理论为指导,通过文献回顾及质性访谈形成《社区护士慢性病管理能力问卷》的初始条目池。2.经3轮德尔菲专家咨询和预调查得到了 48个条目的问卷。3.2019年7月～2019年11月,采用便利抽样的方法调查415名社区护士,对《社区护士慢性病管理能力问卷》进行评价:①运用相关系数法和临界比值法对问卷进行项目分析;②选择结构效度和内容效度对问卷效度予以评价;③运用内部一致性信度Cronbach’s α系数、折半信度系数和重测信度评价问卷的信度。结果1.经文献回顾及质性访谈,形成《社区护士慢性病管理能力问卷》初稿,共4个维度53个条目,包括专业知识(11个条目)、专业技能(22个条目)、专业能力(17个条目)、个人特质(3个条目)。2.通过3轮专家咨询,专家咨询人数15名,专家Cr为0.92,共删除了 4个条目、增加了 5个条目、合并了 6个条目;通过预调查得到4个维度,48个条目的测试问卷。3.通过探索性因子分析与项目分析删除了 4个条目。形成4个维度,44个条目的正式问卷,包括专业知识(10个条目)、专业技能(17个条目)、专业能力(14个条目)、个人特质(3个条目)。4.信度检验:(1)总问卷内部一致性信度Cronbach’s α系数0.964,4个因子的Cronbach’sα分别为 0.926、0.958、0.944、0.800;(2)总问卷折半信度系数为0.849,各因子折半信度系数为0.933、0.958、0.943、0.812;(3)重测信度系数:总问卷重测信度系数为0.864,4个因子重测信度为:0.985、0.981、0.986、0.908,均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。5.效度检验:(1)内容效度:I-CVI 为 0.80～1.00,S-CVI/Ave 为 0.98。(2)结构效度:经过探索性因子分析后得到4个因子,其累计贡献率为61.040%;所有条目的因子载荷满足≥0.4的标准。结论1.《社区护士慢性病管理能力问卷》共4个维度44个条目,4个维度分别为:专业知识、专业技能、专业能力、个人特质。维度和条目能够体现胜任力理论的内容要求,反映社区护士的慢性病管理能力,信效度较好,具有一定的有效性、稳定性及敏感性。2.《社区护士慢性病管理能力问卷》的适用性良好,可作为社区护士慢性病管理能力的测评工具,为提升社区护士的慢性病管理能力提供可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectivesThe questionnaire on chronic Disease Management ability of community nurses was developed and its reliability and validity were tested.Methods1.Under the guidance of competency theory,this study formed a questionnaire entry pool of community nurses’ chronic disease management ability through literature review and qualitative interview.2.After 3 rounds of Delphi expert consultation and pre-survey,a 48-item questionnaire was formed.3.From July 2019 to November 2019,the convenience sampling method was used to survey 415 community nurses,and the community nurses’ chronic disease management ability questionnaire was evaluated:① Use critical ratio method and correlation coefficient method to analyze the questionnaire;②Evaluate the validity of the questionnaire using content validity and structure validity;③ The reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated by the internal consistency reliability Cronbach’s coeficient,broken half reliability and retest reliability.Results1.After literature review and qualitative interview,the first draft of the questionnaire on chronic disease management ability of community nurses was formed,with 53 items in 4 dimensions,including professional knowledge(11 items),professional skills(22 items),professional competence(17 items)and personal characteristics(3 items).2.Through three rounds of expert consultation,the number of experts consulted was 15,and the expert Cr was 0.92.Finally,4 items were deleted,5 items were added,and 6 items were merged;a test questionnaire with four dimensions and 48 items was obtained through the pre-survey.3.Four items were deleted through project analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Form a formal questionnaire with 4 dimensions and 44 items,including professional knowledge(10 entries),professional skills(17 entries),professional ability(14 entries),and personal characteristics(3 entries).4.Reliability test:(1)The Cronbach’a of the total questionnaire was 0.964,and the Cronbach’α of the four factors were 0.926,0.958,0.944 and 0.800;(2)The half-reliability coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.849,and the half-reliability coefficient of each factor were 0.933,0.958,0.943,0.812;(3)Retest reliability coefficient:the retest reliability coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.864,and the retest reliability coefficients of each factor were 0.985,0.981,0.986 and 0.908,respectively,all of which had statistical significance(P<0.01).5.Validity test:(1)Content validity:I-CVI was 0.80～1.00,S-CVI/Ave was 0.98.(2)Structural validity:exploratory factor analysis produced 4 common factors with a cumulative contribution rate of 61.040%,all item factor load≥0.4 standard.Conclusions(1)The Questionnaire on chronic Disease Management Ability of Community nurses has 44 items in 4 dimensions,which are respectively professional knowledge,professional skills,professional ability and personal characteristics.Dimensions and entries can reflect the content requirements of competency theory,reflect the chronic disease management ability of community nurses,with good reliability and validity,and have certain effectiveness,stability and sensitivity.(2)The questionnaire on chronic disease management ability of community nurses has a good applicability.It can be used as a tool to evaluate the chronic disease management ability of community nurses and provide a reliable basis for improving the chronic disease management ability of community nurses.更多还原
