【摘要】 随着时代的发展以及医疗卫生事业改革的深化,我国公立医院的经营发展面临着一些矛盾和问题,例如医院内外部需求、长短期目标等等,为了解决好这些问题公立医院纷纷使用各种手段措施乃至管理工具等以期达到医院发展预定的目标。本文以M医院为案例研究分析公立医院基于战略导向描绘战略地图运用平衡计分卡绩效工具再配以预算管理平衡解决医院发展中的各种矛盾问题,最终实现战略目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the times and the deepening of the reform of medical and health services,the operation and development of public hospitals in China are faced with some contradictions and problems,such as internal and external needs of hospitals,short and long-term goals,etc.in order to solve these problems,public hospitals have used various means,measures and management tools to achieve the predetermined goal of hospital development.In this paper,M hospital is taken as a case study to analyze the strategic map of public hospitals based on strategic orientation,using balanced scorecard performance tools and budget management balance to solve various contradictions in the development of hospitals,and finally achieve the strategic goal.更多还原
