【摘要】 目的:本研究旨在观察侯氏黑散治疗特发性面神经麻痹气血失和,风激络阻证的临床疗效,探讨其理论依据,为中医药治疗特发性面神经麻痹提供新的思路和方法。方法:60例符合特发性面神经麻痹纳入标准的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,两组各30例。试验组给予侯氏黑散及西药基础治疗;对照组仅给予西药基础治疗,疗程均为4周。治疗前后分别从House-Brackmann量表分级及评分、中医症候积分表评分等情况进行观察分析,比较两组得临床疗效差异。结果:研究过程中,最终纳入统计分析病例共60例,其中试验组、对照组各30例。试验组中医症候疗效总有效率为96.67%,优于对照组的86.67%(<0.05);对于House-Brackmann量表分级及评分、中医症状及体征积分表评分,试验组的改善均优于对照组(<0.05)。治疗期间无明显不良反应发生。结论:侯氏黑散能显著促进特发性面神经麻痹患者的面神经功能恢复,明显改善患者的症状体征及社会心理状况,疗效显著,安全性良好,值得进一步研究推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Hou’s Black Powder in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis and qi and blood stasis syndrome,and to explore its theoretical basis for providing new ideas for the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis with traditional Chinese medicine.method.Methods: Sixty patients who met the criteria for inclusion of idiopathic facial paralysis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Hou’s Black Powder and western medicine basic treatment;the control group was only given western medicine basic treatment,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the House-Brackmann scale grading and scoring,TCM symptom score table scores and other conditions were observed and analyzed,and the clinical efficacy difference between the two groups was compared.Results:During the study,60 cases were statistically analyzed,including30 cases in the experimental group and the control group.The total effective rate of TCM symptom in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was better than that in the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).The improvement of the test group was better than the classification of the House-Brackmann scale and the scores of TCM symptoms and physical signs.Control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period.Conclusions: Hou’s Black Powder can significantly promote facial nerve function recovery in patients with idiopathic facial paralysis,significantly improve the symptoms and signs and psychosocial conditions of patients,with remarkable curative effect and good safety.It is worthy of further research and promotion.更多还原
