YN公司缸盖生产线产能提升工艺研究

【摘要】 缸盖是柴油发动机的关键零部件之一,是发动机配气系统与燃油系统的载体。由于缸盖的结构复杂、加工表面较多、配合精度高等,为满足严苛的设计使用要求,缸盖的加工生产工艺十分复杂。缸盖加工包含切削加工、导管座圈压装、凸轮轴盖拧紧以及清洗试漏等工艺,涉及到加工中心、压装机、拧紧机、清洗机以及试漏机等设备,因此如何通过改进生产工艺和优化工序来提高缸盖的产量和质量是实际生产中很重要的环节。本文结合YN公司缸盖生产线的加工流程、加工方案、工艺、生产线平面布置图等,以目前缸盖实际生产情况为基础,介绍现有缸盖线的工艺状况,从缸盖的各工序中以及加工工艺中找出制约产量的因素。同时对缸盖生产线各工序加工节拍进行分析,得到提升缸盖产量的方法,主要是设备的辅助时间和提高设备的开动率;对缸盖部件各孔进行分析,与设计人员沟通,通过设计优化来改善工件的加工特性;对刀具结构进行分析,设计部分复合刀具使其满足缸盖多个部位的加工,减少换刀时间,从而提升生产线的加工节拍;利用工时平衡理论以及工业工程原理,对各工序加工内容进行分析,节拍计算,对部分工序进行内容取消、合并、重排、简化使各工序的加工时间大致相同,提高工时利用率以及设备利用率。通过实施产能提升,缸盖的产量要提升到8000个/月,缸盖线的整线废品率产能提升前后不能有明显的变化,加工中心各序的生产生产线平衡率要达到90%以上。
【Abstract】 Cylinder head is one of the key components of diesel engine,and is the carrier of engine valve distribution system and fuel system.Because the structure of cylinder head is complex,the processing surface is more,and the matching precision is high,in order to meet the strict design and use requirements,the processing technology of cylinder head is very complex.Cylinder head processing includes cutting,tube seat ring pressing,camshaft cap tightening and leak test cleaning.It involves processing center,press-fitting machine,tightening machine,cleaning machine and leak test machine.Therefore,how to improve the production process and optimize the process to improve the production and quality of cylinder head is very important in actual production.The link.Based on the actual production situation of cylinder head,this paper introduces the technological status of the existing cylinder head line,and finds out the factors restricting the output from the various processes of cylinder head and the processing technology.At the same time,the processing rhythm of each working procedure of the cylinder head production line is analyzed,and the method of improving the output of the cylinder head is obtained,mainly the auxiliary time of the equipment and the starting rate of the equipment;the holes of the cylinder head components are analyzed,and the design personnel are communicated to improve the processing characteristics of the workpiece through the design optimization;the tool structure is analyzed.Design part of compound cutting tool to satisfy the processing of cylinder head parts,reduce tool changing time,so as to improve the processing rhythm of production line;use the theory of man-hour balance and industrial engineering principle,analyze the processing content of each process,calculate the rhythm,cancel,merge,rearrange and simplify the content of some processes to make each process simplified.The processing time is approximately the same,improving the utilization ratio of time and equipment.The output of cylinder head should be increased to 8000 per month by carrying out capacity increase.The production capacity of the whole line of cylinder head cannot be changed significantly before and after the increase.The production line balance rate of each sequence of the machining center should reach more than 90%.
