水轮机核心零部件制造数字化车间总体设计及关键技术研究

【摘要】 电力是关系国计民生的基础产业,电力供应事关国家安全战略,事关经济社会发展全局。水力发电是我国非化石电源的重要部分,因国家能源利用的迫切需求,水电规模逐年增加。水力发电设备是水力发电的基础,而水轮机作为水力发电设备的关键组成部分,其核心零部件的制造工艺复杂、工艺路线长、制造周期长,具有典型多品种、小批量、单件定制化的生产特点,迫切需要通过数字化、信息化、智能化手段来提高产品质量、缩短升级周期、降低成本和提高生产效率。随着电力装备行业的高速发展,提升水力发电装备制造行业的智能制造水平迫在眉睫,研究水轮机核心零部件制造数字化车间的总体方案设计和关键技术具有重要指导意义。论文在借鉴国内外不同行业制造数字化车间及其关键技术研究成果基础上,对水轮机核心零部件制造数字化车间的总体方案设计和部分关键技术进行深入研究,并完成数字化车间信息系统部分功能模块的开发,以支持水轮机核心零部件制造数字化车间实现数字化、信息化、智能化的管理模式。首先,对水轮机核心零部件制造特点、车间现状及数字化需求进行分析,给出水轮机核心零部件制造数字化车间的总体方案,重点研究水轮机核心零部件制造数字化车间信息系统的功能体系。然后,对水轮机核心零部件制造数字化车间的部分关键技术进行深入研究。针对水轮机核心零部件制造的特点及其导致的车间生产排产优化难度大等问题,首先建立面向水轮机核心零部件制造的智能排产模型,然后提出基于NSGA-II的智能排产算法,最后通过案例对模型和算法的有效性和可行性进行验证;针对水轮机核心零部件制造车间物料的特点,给出一套面向水轮机核心零部件制造的物料跟踪整体解决方案,包括物料管理流程规范化、物料编码规则及标识方案、物料状态识别方法等。最后,在以上研究基础上,开发水轮机核心零部件制造数字化车间信息系统部分功能模块,实现基础数据管理、智能排产及物料跟踪等功能,为水轮机核心零部件制造数字化车间提供支持工具。

【Abstract】 Electricity is a basic industry that affects the national economy and the people’s livelihood.Electricity supply is related to the national security strategy and the overall situation of economic and social development.Hydropower is an important part of China’s non-fossil power supply.Due to the urgent demand for national energy utilization,the scale of hydropower has increased year by year.Hydropower equipment is the foundation of hydropower generation.As a key component of hydropower equipment,hydraulic turbine has complex manufacturing process,long process route and long manufacturing cycle,which has the characteristics of typical multi-variety,small batch and single customization.It is urgent to improve product quality and shorten upgrading cycle,reduce costs and improve production efficiency by means of digitalization,informatization and intelligence.With the rapid development of the power equipment industry,it is extremely urgent to improve the intelligent manufacturing level of the hydropower equipment manufacturing industry.It is of great guiding significance to study the overall scheme design and key technologies of the digital workshop for hydraulic turbine core components manufacturing.Based on the research of digital workshops and their key technologies in different industries at home and abroad,the thesis conducts in-depth research on the overall scheme design and some key technologies of the digital workshop for hydraulic turbine core components manufacturing,and completes the development of some functional modules of the digital workshop information system.In order to support the digital workshop of hydraulic turbine core components manufacturing,digital,information and intelligent management mode is realized.Firstly,it analyzes the manufacturing characteristics of the hydraulic turbine core components,the current situation of the workshop and the digital requirements,and gives the overall scheme of the digital workshop for hydraulic turbine core components manufacturing.Focusing on the on-site monitoring and management requirements of the hydraulic turbine core components manufacturing workshop,the research focuses on the functional system of the digital workshop information system.Then,in-depth research was carried out on some key technologies of the digital workshop for the hydraulic turbine core components manufacturing.In view of the manufacturing characteristics of hydraulic turbine core components and the difficulty in optimizing the production scheduling of the workshop,firstly,the intelligent scheduling model for hydraulic turbine core components manufacturing was established,and then the intelligent scheduling algorithm based on NSGA-II was proposed.The case verifies the validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm.According to the characteristics of the material in the hydraulic turbine core components manufacturing workshop,a set of overall solution for material tracking of hydraulic turbine core component manufacturing is given,including material management process standardization,material coding rules and identification scheme,material status identification method,etc.Finally,on the basis of the above research,some functional modules of the digital workshop information system for hydraulic turbine core components manufacturing are developed to realize the functions of basic data management,intelligent scheduling and material tracking,which provide support tools for the digital workshop of hydraulic turbine core components manufacturing.
