【摘要】 备件管理在现代高端装备产业中一种重要的资产形式和服务模式,进行更合理配置和更科学性管理是对于企业持续良性运营管理中起到非常重要的作用,也是企业在现今竞争环境中立于不败之地的保证。本论文以OS公司中国区薄膜太阳能生产线的备件管理体系为研究背景,在通过广泛调研国内外关于备件管理的研究成果的基础上,分析其管理组织架构、仓储物流模式、备件分类、需求预测和库存控制方面存在的问题,探讨和研究OS公司中国区备件管理决策优化的具体方案及措施。从仓储物流二级供应体系的变更优化以及专业的第三方物流外包服务入手,推行备件新二级仓储供应系统来优化成本和高效运营的问题;其次在对备件分类提出三因素ABC分类法(即引入风险性、需求频度和单位价值的3个因素);基于新的备件分类上,对A、B类型的部件运用加权移动平均值法进行预测和实例演算,且同现有预测方法结果作比对;对新分类备件实施不同的库存控制管理和实例演算;最后研究通过供应商库存管理(VMI)模式,同选定的备件供应商合作就高风险高价值备件的库存策略管理来降低OS公司的库存资金占用率作具体实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spare parts management for enterprises is a significant form of assets and service mode in the modern service field in the high-tech equipment industry.It is very important for enterprise sustainable supply chain management by more reasonable source allocation and more scientific management mechanism,but also as a guarantee for enterprises in an invincible position in today’s competitive environment.This thesis takes OS company China area thin film solar production line of spare parts management system as the research background,based on through extensive research on spare parts management research at home and abroad,analyzes existing problems on the organization structure,logistics management mode,spare parts classification,demand forecast and inventory control.Discussion and study on decision optimization and actual measures for OS company China area spare parts service management.From the logistics supply change and optimization of the specialized 3rd party logistics outsourcing service to start implementation of 2-echelon Spare parts inventory system to optimize cost and efficient operation;Secondly in the spare parts classification proposed 3 Factors ABC classification method(3 factors: risk level,demand frequency and unit value),thus base on the different types of classification to do real case demand forecasting by weighted moving average method and compare with exiting forecasting method’s result,meanwhile to study various inventory control strategies for different type of spare parts;finally we research through the vendor management inventory(VMI)mode.To cooperate with the selected spare parts suppliers for specific implementation on high risk and high value spare parts inventory control to reduce OS company cash occupancy rate.更多还原
