【摘要】 随着2013年新《证券投资基金法》的正式实施,以及2014年中国证券投资基金业协会《私募投资基金管理人登记和基金备案办法(试行)》和中国证监会《私募投资基金监督管理暂行办法》两个办法的发布,长期以来在我国处于灰色地带的私募基金正式纳入了监管从而真正地沐浴在了阳光下。同时随着国民财富的增加、基金人才的积累、以及2014年开始的牛市促使了私募基金行业的迅速发展。对于私募基金管理机构而言,其核心业务是投资管理,而像信息技术、登记备案、份额登记、估值核算等非核心业务完全可以采取外包的方式,所以针对于私募基金的各类外包服务的市场前景广阔。ZX公司是一家首批在基金业协会备案的基金业务外包服务机构,已经陆续为私募基金提供了涵盖整个生命周期的各项服务和产品,但是都分散在不同的部门,也没有统一的服务入口,效率相对低下,私募管理机构的体验不是很好。如何结合ZX公司的业务现状和发展战略以及私募机构对于服务外包的市场需求,整合公司内外部资源,打造一个以私募基金管理人为核心的一站式服务平台是本文所研究的主要内容。本文通过参阅各类相关研究文献和行业报告,对我国的私募基金行业做了细致的分析,梳理了它们对于各类外包服务的需求。进一步分析作者所在的ZX公司在为私募基金提供的各类服务现状以及问题。在结合ZX公司的业务战略、私募基金服务行业的基础上,本文仔细考察研究了平台战略理论与实践案例,提出了整合ZX公司内外部资源、建设一个服务于私募基金管理机构、私募基金投资人、第三方服务机构的私募基金生态圈,并正式投产运营。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the formal implementation of the new “Securities Investment Fund Law” in 2013 and the release of “Measures for the Hedge Fund Managers Registration and Record” by China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association and “Interim Measures for the supervision and administration of hedge funds” by China Securities Regulatory Commission in 2014,the hedge fund which has been in the gray zone for quite a long time truly bathes in the sunshine.At the same time,with the increase of the national wealth,the accumulation of fund talents,as well as the bull market in 2014 prompted the rapid development of the hedge fund industry.For the hedge fund management institutions,their core business is investment management;the non-core works like information technology,business registration,customer share registration,share valuation can take the way of outsourcing,so there is a quite big market for hedge funds of various types of service outsourcing.ZX company is one of the first batch outsourcing companies registered in the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association,has provided services and products covering the entire life cycle for hedge funds,but they are scattered in different departments,there is no unified service entrance,the efficiency is relatively low,and the customer experience is not very good.How to combine the ZX Company’s business situation and development strategies as well as the service outsourcing market demand by the hedge funds to create a one-stop service platform for private funds is the main content of this paper.Through reading all kinds of related research literatures and industry reports,this paper does a detailed analysis of the industry of our country’s hedge fund industry,and sorts out their demand for various types of outsourcing services.At the same time,this paper studies and analyzes the status quo and problems of the ZX Company in the various services providing to the hedge funds.On the basis of ZX Company’s business strategy and the industry prospects of the hedge fund industry,this paper carefully studies the platform strategy theory and the practical cases,and puts forward a solution to construct a cloud service platform which provides the services to hedge funds,investors and the third-party vendors.And finally we constructed the platform,officially put it into operation.更多还原
