【摘要】 互联网时代,软件系统开发成为互联网公司的核心生产力,而开发过程中的项目管理,尤其是项目进度管理,成为这个以速度为王的行业中最重要的一环。软件开发过程经常会遇到工期拖延的情况,一方面是由于互联网行业变化迅速,软件需求只能跟着迅速变化;另一方面是项目经理一般是偏技术出身,在项目开发过程中缺少科学有效的管理方法。正因如此,需要在项目进度管理水平上寻求突破。本论文以某公司由呼叫中心转型升级为联络中心的过程为背景,对转型过程中的联络中心的软件系统项目进度管理过程进行深入分析,将引入关键链技术后的项目进度管理方案与采用一般关键路径方法进行对比,得到关键链方法能够有效缩短项目工期的结论。论文首先对项目进度管理方法进行了梳理,重点研究了其中的关键链技术,同时还介绍了本文研究案例公司背景,分析了案例中的联络中心系统开发的需求情况,介绍了此项目的重要性和复杂性,论证了项目进度管理实施的必要性。然后论文重点分析了项目进度管理的总体设计,通过对比的方式论证关键链技术的优势。首先,按照一般的项目进度管理方式,作出一个常规的项目进度计划;然后,使用关键链技术的方法,能够得到一个基于关键链的新的进度计划。从理论上证明新的方式比原方式更具优势。最后,论文结合实际实施过程,重点介绍了关键链技术在实际项目进度管理中的实施情况,对实施过程中的计划、组织、控制和反馈过程进行了深入分析,并通过最终实际花费工期的结果与原计划进行对比,证明应用了关键链技术的项目进度管理能够明显缩短项目时间,达到提升项目进度管理水平的效果。关键链技术在联络中心系统项目中的成功应用,意味着其同样可以在软件开发行业中普遍应用。互联网企业将因此缩短开发周期,提高项目管理能力,从而提高企业在市场中的竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the Internet era,the development of software systems has become their core productivity.The project management,especially the project schedule management,has become the most important part in the development process.Software development process often encounter delays in the case of the one hand,due to rapid changes in the Internet industry,software requirements can only follow the rapid change;the other hand is the project managers are usually technical background.They often lack of experiences to manage the project schedule scientifically and effectively.For this reason,the project schedule management level need to seek a breakthrough.This thesis is based on the process of upgrading a company from a call center to a contact center.It analyses the process of the contact center software system project schedule management.It compared the critical chain technology with the general critical path method of project schedule management.The conclusion is that the critical chain method can shorten the project duration.This paper first introduces the project schedule management method,focusing on the key chain technology.At the same time,the background of this research case is introduced.Then it analyzes the requirements of the contact center system in the case.This paper introduces the importance and complexity of this project,and demonstrates the necessity of project schedule management.Then,the paper focuses on the overall design of the project schedule management,and demonstrates the advantages of the critical chain technology by contrast.Firstly,make a regular project schedule according to the normal project schedule management method;Then,using the critical chain technique and get a new schedule.Theoretically proved that the new method has more advantages than the original one.Finally,the paper focuses on the implementation of critical chain technology in actual project schedule management.It analyzes the planning,organization,control and feedback in the process of implementation.The result shows that the project schedule management with the key chain technology can shorten the project time and improve the project schedule management level.The successful application of critical chain technology in this case shows that it can also be widely used in the software development industry.Internet companies will shorten the development cycle and improve project management capabilities then enhance the competitiveness in the market.更多还原
