【摘要】 在电子计算机产业这样的成熟市场中,竞争日趋激烈,产品利润日渐降低,而且由于信息安全的担忧,越来越多的政府采购倾向于使用国产配件的产品。在这样的背景下,中国市场上的跨国公司面临着降低成本和增加本土采购的压力,为获得更多的中国本土市场订单和利润,跨国公司开始谋求选择更多的本土供应商使其成为合作伙伴,如何针对计算机制造业和本土供应商的特点对潜在的本土供应商进行评估和选择,成为行业内跨国公司力求解决的问题。本文分析了D公司中国供应商开发部门在本土供应商选择流程和方法上的不足,结合计算机制造业和中国供应商的特点构建出一套适用于潜在本土供应商的评价指标体系。结合D公司的供应商考察流程,指标的选择和取值主要来自于D公司对供应商稽核时得到的数据和考察过程中能够接触的信息;同时,考虑到不同零部件的不同特性,提出依靠部门专家的经验和判断力,用层次分析法对指标进行赋权;在进行选择决策时,加入原有供应商的数据,用逼近理想解法进行换算处理,然后通过结果排序来判定是否值得选择本土供应商,并指出哪个是最优的本土供应商。最后,本文在D公司电池产品的本土供应商选择案例上进行了运用,验证了选择模型的实用性和合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In mature markets,such as computer market,competition is becoming increasingly fierce and product margins are declining.Moreover,more and more government procurement tends to use domestic-made products due to concerns about information security.In this context,facing the pressure of lowering costs and increasing local procurement,multinational companies in China tend to engage more local suppliers to become partners,in order to obtain more orders and profits in China’s domestic market.Under global procurement strategy,how to evaluate and select the appropriate local suppliers according to the characteristics of industry and local suppliers,has become a problem to be resolved for many multinational companies in computer manufacture industry.In this paper,a new supplier evaluation index system combining the characteristics of computer manufacturing industry and the risk of local supplier development is proposed by analyzing the process and method of supplier evaluation and selection in the local supplier development department of D Company.The choice of index is taking into account the D company’s supplier evaluation process,and the value are mainly from audit data and information obtained during the investigation and inspection process of supplier.And it is proposed to use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method to weight the indicators based on experience and judgment of departmental experts because of the different characteristics of different parts.When making the selection decision,use TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution)method to manipulate the data of all suppliers including original supplier,and then decide whether it is worth selecting local supplier and should choose which supplier by comparing with the original suppliers.Finally,this paper demonstrates the practicability and rationality of the selection model on local supplier selection case of battery products in D company.更多还原
