【摘要】 近些年,随着我国社会经济的快速发展,会展行业的发展势头也较好,产生了一批发展规模较大、综合实力较强的以会展业务为主营业务的平台企业。在这个过程中,这些企业发现处于供应链上的参展商、搭建商等相关利益主体,在旺季期时经常会遇到资金困难、资金周转不灵等情况。而这些综合实力较强的平台企业在发展过程中积累了较多的资金和庞大的客户群体,它们积极利用互联网技术等工具,尝试与金融行业相融合,推出了会展平台金融业务。对于企业而言,盈利模式和风险控制是相伴而生的,采用不同的盈利模式,就应该选用相对应的风险控制策略,只有这样才能保障企业健康的运营。论文以会展平台金融业务的盈利模式和风险控制策略为研究主题,以OMT公司为研究对象,首先通过阅读相关书籍和文献资料,学习了国内外专家学者的研究成果,比较全面地总结了与企业盈利模式和风险控制策略相关的理论。以此为基础,阐述了会展平台金融企业的盈利模式和风险控制策略,盈利模式主要包括大数据金融运营模式、P2P网络贷款模式等,风险控制策略包括风险回避、风险转移、风险保留等。然后充分结合OMT公司的会展城和模型云业务,研究分析了会展城金融业务和模型云金融业务的盈利模式和相对应的风险控制策略,其中会展城金融业务的盈利模式是供应链金融模式,其风险控制策略是风险慎重管理和风险转移;模型云金融业务的盈利模式是P2P网络贷款模式,其风险控制策略是风险慎重管理和风险保留。最后论文从加强组织保障、丰富业务种类、推动风险管理体系建设、加强人才队伍建设等方面提出了完善措施,以期推动OMT公司会展平台金融业务的顺利开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s social economy,exhibition industry development momentum is also better,which resulting in a number of platform companies main in exhibition business of large-scale and strong comprehensive strength.In this process,these companies found that the exhibitors,contractors and other related stakeholders in the supply chain always encounter financial difficulties,cash flow during the peak season.And in the process of development,these platform companies with strong comprehensive strength accumulated more funds and a large customer base.They actively use the Internet technology and other tools,try to integrate with the financial industry,launched the exhibition platform financial business.As to company,profit model and risk control are accompanied.By the use of different profit models,it should use the corresponding risk control strategy,which is the correct way to protect the healthy operation of enterprises.This paper takes the profit model and the risk control strategy of the financial business of the exhibition platform as the research object,and takes the OMT as the research object.First,this paper systematically combed the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,and comprehensive summaries the enterprise profit model and risk control strategy related to the theory through extensive reference to the relevant books and literature.Based on this,this paper analysis the profit model and risk control strategy of financial enterprises in the exhibition platform.The profit model mainly includes large data financial operation mode and P2 P network loan model.Risk control strategies include risk avoidance,risk transfer and risk retention.And then fully combined with OMT’s exhibition city and model cloud business,the paper analyzes and analyzes the profit model and corresponding risk control strategy of the financial business and model cloud financial business of the exhibition city.The profit model of the financial business of the exhibition city is the supply chain financial model,the risk control strategy is risk management and risk transfer.The profit model of model cloud financial business is P2 P network loan model,and its risk control strategy is risk management and risk retention.Finally,the paper puts forward the consummation measures from strengthening the organization guarantee,enriching the business type,promoting the construction of the risk management system and strengthening the construction of the personnel team,so as to promote the smooth development of the financial business of the OMT exhibition platform.更多还原
