建平电网配电自动化应用研究

【摘要】 配电网是电网的重要组成部分,其线路众多、系统复杂,目前我国配电网存在网架构造不合理、整体联络能力较差和自动化程度低等不足。配电网自动化不仅能够使整个电网系统稳定、安全的供电,同时还能有效避免停电事故。为贯彻落实中央振兴东北老工业基地的发展战略,实现辽宁“十三五”时期电网发展规划,国网建平供电公司依据国家电网公司制定的《“十三五”配电自动化建设实施意见》,开展了智能分布式配电自动化示范工程。本项目依托建平智能分布式配电自动化示范工程,针对建平地区配电网自动化改造相关问题进行了深入研究。分析了配电网自动化技术,对配电网自动化技术应用的主要原理、特点、配电网自动化技术的具体功能以及配电网自动化系统的构成要素进行了总结分析。经过实践证明,配电网自动化技术可有效保障整个电力系统安全、稳定、高效、低能耗的运行,有利于推动建平地区整体经济的发展,为人们生活的便捷起着促进作用。研究了建平地区配电网现状,对建平地区配电网中一次网架、配电设备等存在的主要问题进行了分析。经过实地考查,目前建平地区配电网络无法满足用电负荷需求,整体联络能力较差,电网结构不合理,不利于建平电网的长远发展,基于此提出了建平配电网自动化规划目标,提升了电网自动化水平。对建平配电网一次网架结构进行了优化改造,完成了建平地区整个电网的配电自动化主站系统、馈线自动化系统、配电模块与终端系统及配电通讯网络的构建。改造后,建平整个网络的规范性、稳定性、通用性、安全性及可靠性均得到提高,建平配电网供电可靠性预计将从原来的99.83%上升为99.94%。

【Abstract】 Distribution network is an important part of the power grid,with many lines and complex systems.At present,there are deficiencies in China’s distribution network such as unreasonable network structure,poor overall contact capacity,and low degree of automation.Distribution network automation can not only make the entire power grid system stable and safe power supply,but also effectively avoid blackouts.In order to implement the central government s development strategy for revitalizing the northeast old industrial base and realize the power grid development plan during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period in Liaoning,the Shenyang Power Supply Company of the State Grid based on the "13th Five-Year Plan" Distribution Automation Implementation Opinions formulated by the State Grid Corporation of China The intelligent distributed power distribution automation demonstration project was carried out.The project relied on Jianping intelligent distributed power distribution automation demonstration project to conduct in-depth research on the issues related to the automation of power distribution network reconstruction in Jianping area.The distribution network automation technology is analyzed,and the main principles,characteristics of the application of automation technology for distribution network,the specific functions of the distribution network automation technology,and the constituent elements of the distribution network automation system are summarized and analyzed.Research shows that distribution network automation technology can effectively ensure the safety,stability,efficiency,and low energy consumption of the entire power system,and is conducive to promoting the overall economic development in the Jianping area,and plays a facilitating role for the convenience of people’s lives.The status quo of distribution network in Jianping area was studied,and the main problems of primary grids and distribution equipment in distribution network in Jianping area were analyzed.The research shows that at present,the distribution network in Jianping area can not meet the demand of electricity load,the overall liaison ability is poor,and the grid structure is irrational,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the Jianping power grid.Based on this,the automation planning goals of the Jianping distribution network are proposed.Improve the level of power grid automation.The first grid structure of Jianping distribution network was optimized and transformed,and the distribution automation automation master system,feeder automation system,distribution module and terminal system,and distribution communication network of the entire grid in Jianping area were completed.After the transformation,the standardization,stability,versatility,safety,and reliability of the entire Jianping network have been improved.The power supply reliability of the Jianping distribution network is expected to increase from the original 99.83% to 99.94%.
