【摘要】 随着人们健康观念和疾病谱的不断改变,现代的医学模式已逐步转变为“社会-心理-生物”医学模式。医生的职业特性决定了他们承受的工作压力较大,精神和心理的紧张程度也往往导致医生的生活质量不高。神经外科医生由于其专业特征,相较于其他临床科室医生来说承受的工作压力往往更大。目前在学术界以神经外科医生为单一研究对象的医生工作压力与生活质量的影响研究还比较缺乏,因此本研究具有重要的现实意义。本文从研究上海市神经外科医生的工作压力现状和生活质量现状入手,阐述了工作压力、生活质量等相关理论模型与测量方法,并以上海市神经外科医生为调查对象,进行问卷调查,通过实证分析来了解上海市神经外科医生的工作压力与生活质量的现状,揭示两者之间的关系和影响因素,进而提出改善上海市神经外科医生工作压力、提高生活质量的合理和可行性建议。研究显示,上海市神经外科医生工作压力来自于工作负荷、医院管理、人际关系、舆论环境、职业兴趣和医患关系等方面。其中工作压力来源占比最重的前三项分别是工作负荷、医院管理和人际关系。大部分的神经外科医生都对工作压力感知较大。不同特征的神经外科医生在工作压力各个维度的感知存在统计学差异,工作压力各维度对神经外科医生的生活质量之间存在相关性。研究表明以工作要求及资源为调节变量在神经外科的工作压力和生活质量之间产生了一定影响,且发现了部分调节效应。基于实证分析的结果,本文认为应当从卫生政策制定层面、医院组织层面、医生个人层面采取不同的、具有可行性的建议和对策,以改善神经外科医生的工作压力和生活质量现状,为卫生行政部门在政策制定时提供一些参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With people’s health attitude transforming into social-psychology-biological medical model,the doctors’ professional characteristic decided to their higher tolerance for working stress,which led to lower quality of life.At the same time,compared with other doctors,neurosurgeons are under greater working stress which influence the relationship between doctor and patients.Meanwhile,the research about neurosurgeons’ is relatively lack,therefore this paper has the important practical significance.Based on the research of the situation of Shanghai neurosurgeon’s working stress and quality of life,this paper expounds the relevant theories and models about working stress and quality of life.Through questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis to acknowledge the situation of Shanghai neurosurgeons’ working stress and quality of life.This research reveals the relationship between two main factors,which can help author to put forward the reasonable and feasible suggestions to improve the quality of life.According the research,the main resources of Shanghai neurosurgeons’ working stress come from the work load,hospital management,human relationship,public opinion environment,vocational interest and doctor-patient relationship.The top three respectively is the work load,hospital management and human relationship.Most of neurosurgeons feel bigger working stress.And different characteristic of neurosurgeons have statistical differences in various dimensions of working stress.Shanghai neurosurgeons have ordinary feeling about quality of life which divided into the social life quality,mental life quality and material life quality.The research shows that job demand and resource has some effect on the relationship between working stress and quality of life,which some adjustment effects can be found.Based on the empirical analysis,the author thinks that different measures from the personal level,the organizational level and the strategies making level should taken to improve the neurosurgeons’ situation of working stress and quality of life.This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions and countermeasures form,and provide some reference for the health administration department.更多还原
