【摘要】 从20世纪50年代,清华大学为来自各国的交换生设立“东欧交换生中国语文专修班”做为新中国建立以后我国第一个专门从事对外汉语教学的机构开始,到如今己有半个多世纪的历史了。迄今为止,有许多专家学者在不同的时期从不同的侧面对我们的对外汉语教学事业进行总结回顾,但是对学科发展历史的资料整理和从史的角度进行的调查研究却着实不多。甚至于到1998年,鲁健骥先生在《谈对外汉语教学历史的研究》一文中仍把有关对外汉语教学历史的整理和发掘工作形容成一项“我们还知之甚少,但很重要又很诱人”的工作。云南大学积极响应国家向世界推广汉语的要求,从1986年开始举办第一期汉语培训班开始正式招收留学生,认真开展留学生工作,积极参与对外交流往来,到现在有过辉煌有过低谷。云南大学留学生院是云南大学进行汉语国际推广的实体性教育单位,它的主要工作是对外汉语教学暨汉语国际教育,学生包括来华学习汉语的外国学生和汉语国际教育专业的中国研究生。从这个意义来讲,留学生院的前身可追溯到国际学术教育交流中心和对外汉语教学中心,甚至80年代的外事办。本文旨在以客观公正的态度,采用文献资料研究和专家访谈调查相结合的方式,调查以往的档案资料,分析过去留学生工作中的得失,以期以史为鉴为云南大学的汉语国际推广事业略献绵薄之力。本文的研究目的和意义就是尽量的整理现有的史料,完善大家对云南大学留学生工作和对外汉语这项事业的认识,并且希望谨以此文呼吁各位从事对外汉语教学事业的专家和致力于汉语国际推广研究的学者重视在工作中活的资料的整理和保存,以便学科史的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the 1950s,Tsinghua University set up the "Eastern European exchange students Chinese Zhuan Xiu Ban" for the exchange students from many countries as the first specialized in teaching Chinese as a foreign language institution after the founding of new China,now it has a history of more than half a century.So far,there are many experts and scholars at different times from different aspects to review we summarize the teaching Chinese as a foreign language,but the research on the development of the subject of history data and conducted from the perspective of the history is really not much.Even by 1998,Lu Jianji in the paper a study about the history of teaching Chinese as a foreign language described the work that collating and excavation on the history of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is still put on the finishing and excavation work as a "we are still poorly understood,but it is very important and very attractive" work.Yunnan university actively responded to the requirements of the country to promote Chinese language to the world,starting in 1986 at the first stage of short-term Chinese training program began to enroll students,students work earnestly,actively involved in the foreign exchange dealings,has seen better had low up to now.The College of International Students of Yunnan university is Chinese international promotion of substantive education unit,its main job is teaching Chinese as a foreign language and Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages,students including foreign students coming to China to study Chinese and Chinese graduate students.Will tell from this meaning,students of the predecessor traceability international education exchange center,and even foreign affairs office of the 80 s.The purpose of this paper is to take an objective and fair attitude,with the literature study and expert interview survey method of combining the previous file data,investigation,analysis of the past students in the work of gains and losses,in order to take history as a mirror for the international promotion of Chinese career of Yunnan University render just offer.Purpose and significance of this study is to try to sort out the current data,improve the awareness of all Yunnan University foreign students work and teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the enterprise,and hope to collect and preserve this experts call for you in the cause of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and is devoted to the study of the international promotion of Chinese scholars’attention in the work of live data the history of the discipline,in order to study.更多还原
