【摘要】 事业部制模式自诞生以来,在国外得到了较大范围的应用,西方多数商业银行普遍都采取了事业部制战略,如花旗银行、德意志银行等大多数商业银行都依托事业部制,赢得了独立业务单元的快速发展。随着中国加入WTO,金融领域的对外开放程度不断加深,建立与国际接轨的商业银行组织结构,对增强中国商业银行的运行效率和市场竞争力具有重要的战略意义。但我国商业银行的组织结构变革明显滞后于银行整体改革的步伐,更落后于时代发展的需要。目前,在国内银行中,实行事业部制改革的银行为数很少,但也有少数商业银行在不同程度的对事业部制进行引进和探索,但深度和广度还远远不够,这些银行的探索具有重要的理论和现实意义,值得我们去认真的分析和总结。本文对事业部制的理论进行了深入的研究。并对国外商业银行事业部制的成功案例进行了认真的分析。在此基础上,对我国商业银行现行总分行制的组织结构存在的弊端及进行改革的必要性进行论证。然后,本文以案例研究的方式对建设银行云南省分行昆明地区的事业部制改革模式进行分析和研究,对本次改革中的结构优化效应进行阐述,对存在的问题进行了分析,并试图提出一些对策和建议以解决这些问题。这对于事业部制在中国商业银行的广泛运用具有一定的理论和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the birth of business unit mode,it has wide application in foreign countries;most western commercial banks generally have adopted business unit strategy,such as City Bank and Deutsche Bank.They all won the rapid development of independent Multidivisional StructureAccompany China entrance to the WTO,and financial field open to the outside world keep deepen.It is important strategic significance to establish the commercial banks of organizational structure with international standards.But our countries’commercial bank’s organizational structure revolute obviously lags the overall bank reform.More lags the need of time development.Now,it is seldom banks perform business unit reform in our country.Since there are few banks have introduction and exploration in business unit,but the depth and the breadth is not enough.The theoretical and practical significance of these banks’exploration is worth to serious analysis and summary.This paper has deep study on business unit and careful analysis on the foreign commercial bank business unit’s successful case.Based on the study,this paper demonstrates the defects of the current commercial bank of our countries’ system of branches of the organization structure and the necessity of reformation.Then this paper studied on Yunnan branch of China Construction Bank in Kunming’s pattern reform of business unit mode,demonstrated the effect of reform structure optimization,analyzed existing problems,and try to give some countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems.These studies have has theoretical and practical significance on widely used of business unit mode on commercial bank in China.更多还原
