关于完善青年公务员激励机制的研究

【摘要】 近年来,越来越多大学毕业生选择了公务员这个“金饭碗”,他们加入公务员队伍,为其注入了新鲜血液。但许多调查、报道都反映一些青年公务员工作后出现了压力大,工作倦怠等问题,影响了他们的履职能力。青年公务员是政府管理未来的主人翁,他们的履职能力不仅决定了政府为民服务的质量,还决定了政府的未来。如何有效激励青年公务员,发掘他们的潜能,提升他们的工作积极性已逐渐成为公务员管理的重点工作之一。因此,本文在梳理前人研究的基础上,通过问卷调查和访谈相结合的形式,以福建省某市人力资源和社会保障系统青年公务员的激励机制为例,调查该系统青年公务员的从业动机,及对激励的重视度和满意度,旨在发现其中存在的问题,剖析成因,从而提出完善青年公务员激励机制的对策。
【Abstract】 In recent years,more and more college graduates choose the servants of this"golden rice",they join the civil service,for an injection of fresh blood.But many surveys,reports have reflected some young civil servants after the emergence of stress,burnout and other issues affecting their ability to perform their duties.Young civil servants are the future masters of government,their ability to perform their duties not only determines the quality of the government to serve the people,but also determine the future government.How to effectively motivate young civil servants,to explore their potential,enhance their enthusiasm for work has become one of the key civil service management.Therefore,this paper based on the summary of previous studies,through the combination of questionnaire and interview form taking a city in Fujian human resources and social security system of young civil servants incentive mechanism as the object surveys of young practitioners of the system of civil servants motivation and to pay attention to motivation and satisfaction,which aims to find the problems,analyze the causes,which made perfect young civil servant incentive measures.
