【摘要】 “中国故事,国际表达”是中国电视纪录片市场化、国际化生存坚持的理念,以海外收视群体为目标受众的国产电视纪录片《舌尖上的中国》两季播出之后在国内都产生了不俗的传播效果,一度媲美BBC纪录片的国内收视纪录,因而在中国电视纪录片大众传播历史上具有里程碑意义。从叙事学角度分析,《舌尖上的中国》1是对中国电视纪录片传统叙事的继承与创新,《舌尖上的中国》2是对《舌尖上的中国》1的再次超越,因而对《舌尖上的中国》的叙事艺术进行综合而系统性分析具有重要的研究价值,可以为国产电视纪录片的跨文化传播提供理论经验和参考。目前尚无论文运用纵向和横向对比进行《舌尖上的中国》的叙事文本的研究,因而论文具有创新意义。论文在形式上,1)叙述中国电视纪录片的发展历程,《舌尖上的中国》两季从整体来看,它的题材、平民美学和国家意识是对中国电视纪录片传统叙事理念的继承,它的国际化表达方式和故事化叙事手法是对中国电视纪录片传统叙事形式的创新;2)具体叙述《舌尖上的中国》1的以平民化视角,回归人的主体性的纪录理念以及通过仪式化传播,凸显底层尊严的人文关怀,叙述《舌尖上的中国》1在画面、声音、故事化叙事手法(包括结构、悬念设置、节奏控制)上的创造性;3)叙述《舌尖上的中国》2对《舌尖上的中国》1的超越,体现在视听修辞增强表意性,情节化叙事增强故事性两个方面;4)结语认为,《舌尖上的中国》获得成功离不开中国电视纪录片的当代转型语境,期望通过《舌尖上的中国》的叙事创新研究,对国产电视纪录片的生产创作提供理论借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 For Chinese TV documentary,to realize market-oriented and international survival,is expected to follow the concept of "Chinese story,international express".After two seasons aired in the country,"A bite of China",whose expected target consumer group were overseas audiences,have had a good dissemination of results in domestic television market,comparable to the BBC documentary domestic rating record,which reaches a milestone in the history of mass media communication for Chinese TV documentary.From the point of view of narrative analysis,"A bite of China" achieves inheritance and innovation of traditional narratives in the Chinese TV documentary history."A bite of China"Ⅱ has again exceeded"A bite of China"I.Thus comprehensive and systematic narrative art analysis of "A bite of China" has conducted important research value,can provide theoretical and empirical reference for domestic television documentary’s intercultural communication.There is no paper using longitudinal and transverse comparison study for "A bite of China"by narrator.Paper forms in four parts:1)describes the development of Chinese TV documentary and "A bite of China" two seasons on the whole.Its theme,civilian aesthetics and national consciousness are inherited from the traditional narrative concept of Chinese TV documentary.Its international narrative expression is of innovation in Chinese traditional narrative voice;2)specifically describes civilian perspective and humanities of"A bite of China"through the picture,the sound and the story narration including structure,suspense,rhythm control;3)describe of the differences between "A bite of China" two seasons in visual characters and plotting methods;4)to conclude that the success of "A bite of China" is inseparable from of the context of transformation in contemporary Chinese TV documentary and expect that this innovative research of "A bite of China"provide a theoretical reference to the creation of domestic television documentary production.更多还原
