【摘要】 大学生是十分宝贵的人才资源,承担着实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,关系到高校“培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人”的根本问题。高校学生资助体系作为高校思想政治工作质量提升工程的重要内容和有效载体,是思想政治教育“既要教育人、引导人,又要关心人、帮助人”的深刻体现。因此,开展高校学生资助体系思想政治教育功能的研究,挖掘其中丰富的思想政治教育资源,实现资助育人,是新时代加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要课题。所谓高校学生资助体系,是指国家建立的包含奖贷助勤补免等多种制度,以帮助学生解决上学难问题,促进学生勤奋学习、努力进取、成长成才的政策体系。高校学生资助体系不仅有力地促进了教育公平,而且蕴含着思想政治教育的功能,可概括为物质关怀与精神激励功能、思想引导与行为规范功能、制度认同与情感激发功能以及心理疏导与人格塑造功能。毋庸置疑,高校学生资助体系在实践中取得了显著成效,为保障不让一个学生因家庭经济困难而失学奠定了坚实基础。但是通过实证调查,也看到了高校学生资助体系在其思想政治教育功能的实现上存在诸多困境,主要表现为物质资助为主,与心理关怀融合不足;程序正义为重,对过程育人渗透不佳;资助形式泛化,与学生需求匹配不精;外界帮扶为重,对内生动力激发欠缺。存在困境的原因可以归纳为四个层面,即资助观念层面的片面物质化、资助运行层面的简单程式化、信息管理层面的建设滞后化、资助对象层面的过分被动化。为了进一步促进高校学生资助体系思想政治教育功能的有效实现,应树立“资助与育人结合”的理念,拓展资助体系思想政治教育内容,创新资助体系思想政治教育的实践方式,实现精准资助到精准育人的转向,构建发展型资助体系思想政治教育机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 College students are very valuable human resources and undertake the historical mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students is related to the fundamental problem of "what kind of people to train,how to train people and for whom to train people".As an important content and effective carrier of the project to improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges,college students financial aid system is a profound reflection of the ideological and political education that "should not only educate and guide people,but also care for and help people".Therefore,it is an important task in the new era to carry out the research on ideological and political education function of college students financial aid system,to tap the abundant ideological and political education resources,and to realize the educational function.College students financial aid system refers to the policy system under which the country builds a series of financial aid systems to help students solve the problem of difficulty in school,and to promote students to study hard,strive for progress,and grow up.Colleges students financial aid system not only effectively promotes educational fairness,but also contains the function of ideological and political education,which can be summarized as the function of material care and spiritual motivation,ideological guidance and behavior norms,system identification and emotion stimulation,psychological guidance and personality shaping.There is no doubt that college students financial aid system has achieved remarkable results in practice,laying a solid foundation for ensuring that no one student drop out of school due to financial difficulties.However,it should also be noted that there are many difficulties such as lack of integration with psychological care,poor penetration of process education,poor match with students’ needs and lack of endogenous motivation.The reasons are the one-sided materialization of funding concept,the simple stylization of funding operation,the lagging construction of information management and the over-passivity of student.So,we should build up the concept of "combining funding with education",expand the content,innovation the practice,achieve precise education,and establish developmental mechanism system.更多还原
