毕都高速公路路线方案比选技术研究

【摘要】 高速公路路线方案的比选是一项重要前期工作,路线方案的优劣对其功能、在路网中所起到的作用、沿线地区的经济发展及投资收益等均有很大的影响。路线方案的确定过程涉及政治、经济、环境等多个方面,由于山区高速公路更为复杂的地形、地质等自然条件,进一步增加了选线工作的难度。本文依托贵州省毕都高速公路,分析了山区高速公路的特点并对路线方案比选的技术问题进行了系统性的研究,主要内容及结论如下:(1)通过对毕都高速公路项目合同段沿线进行详细的调研和勘察,对项目沿线的主要影响敏感点如森林公园、铁路、采空区及煤矿企业等进行了详细的调查与分析,为后续路线方案的拟定奠定了基础。(2)根据项目所在地的实际情况和现场地质勘察结果,并结合布线原则及路线在布设过程中的实际问题初步拟定多条路线方案,从技术难度、工程经济及环境敏感点等多个方面进行定性分析,对所拟各条路线方案的详细状况进行了分析与评价,初步在预设的路线方案进行筛选比较,提出了推荐方案k线和具有价值的备选方案C7、C8;(3)综合考虑技术、经济效益、环境影响、地质条件及施工难易程度五个主要方面,采用模糊层次分析方法建立了路线方案综合比选模型,对公路路线方案的比选进行了系统性的阐述,应用结果表明该模型方法简单、可行,对附近区域公路路线方案的比选有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Expressway route selection is an important work in the early stage of construction.The selection of route scheme has great influence on the function of its function in the road network,the economic development and investment income of the region along the route.The selection and determination of route plan involves political,economic and environmental aspects.Because of the more complicated natural conditions such as topography and geology,the difficulty of line selection is further increased.This paper takes the expressway from Bi-Du of Guizhou province as the research object.Combined with the characteristics of expressway in mountainous area,the route selection technology is studied systematically.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through detailed investigation and investigation along the contract section of the Bi-Du expressway project,detailed investigation and analysis are made on the key sensitive spots along the project,such as national forest park,railway,mined-out area,coal enterprise,etc.,which lays a foundation for the preparation of follow-up route plan.(2)According to the actual situation of the project location and field geological investigation results,combined with the wiring principle and practical problems in the process of route in setting initial drafting multiple route scheme.Qualitative analysis was conducted from the aspects of technical difficulty,engineering economy and environmental sensitive points,and detailed conditions of each proposed route were analyzed and evaluated.Preliminary selection and comparison were made in the preset route scheme,and the recommended plan k line and valuable alternatives C7 and C8 were proposed.(3)Considering the influence of technology,economic benefit,environmental impact,geological condition and actual construction level on the choice of route scheme,fuzzy hierarchical analysis method is adopted to establish the optimal model of route scheme,and the selection of the final route scheme is compared scientifically.The application results show that the model method is simple and feasible,which can be used for reference to the choice of highway route scheme in this area.
