基于物联网的港湾泊船管理系统研究与设计

【摘要】 随着经济全球化的发展以及沿海地区港口建设的规模不断增大,船舶向着大型化和自动化发展的趋势明显,水陆运输业务呈现出前所未有的繁荣景象同时也导致通航水域的船舶交通更加拥挤,港口积压船舶、锚地积压船舶等情况在沿海某些港口比较常见,因此本文设计了基于物联网技术的港湾泊船管理系统,本系统对于提高泊船速度,减小船舶碰撞几率,保证船舶自动化停靠有重要的意义。本文以信息化处理系统作为控制与处理中心,借助RFID、AIS两大前沿技术,完成了港湾泊船管理系统的研究与设计。本文的主要工作包括以下四点:(1)分析系统原理:基于RFID技术的港湾泊船管理系统包括AIS船舶基本信息采集系统、RFID数据植入系统和港口管理部门信息处理系统三部分。每个出入港口的船舶配备AIS系统,利用该系统获得船舶基本信息,借助RFID技术把船舶基本信息植入电子标签中,港口管理部门通过计算机识别电子标签内的船舶基本信息,从而快速完成合适的泊位分配。(2)运用船载AIS系统,完成船舶信息采集过程。(3)运用RFID技术,完成船舶信息植入过程。(4)采用数据库技术,MVC架构,编写了一套船只与港口管理中心通信程序,模拟实现船只与港口管理中心之间的数据传输,并通过测试。

【Abstract】 With the development of economic globalization and increasing the size of coastal port construction,the trend of the development of the ship toward large-scale and automation,water and land transportation business presents unprecedented prosperity also leads to the navigable waters of vessel traffic more crowded,ports ship,anchorage are backlog,and so on and so forth in some coastal ports are common,so this article designed the GangWan ship management system based on Internet of things technology,this system for raising the speed of the docking,reduce the risk of collision,guarantee the ship dock automation has an important significance.In this paper,the information processing system as a control and processing center,with RFID,AIS two cutting-edge technology,completed the harbor berth management system research and design.The main work of this paper includes the following four points:(1)Analysis system principle: Based on RFID technology harbor berthing management system,including AIS ship basic information collection system,RFID data implantation system and port management information processing system three parts.Each ship entering and leaving the port is equipped with AIS system,the use of the system to obtain the basic information of the ship,with RFID technology to ship the basic information into the electronic label,the port management department through the computer identification of electronic tags within the basic information,so as to quickly complete the appropriate Berth allocation.(2)The use of shipborne AIS system,complete the ship information collection process.(3)The use of RFID technology to complete the ship information implant process.(4)The use of database technology,MVC architecture,the preparation of a vessel and port management center communication procedures,simulation and port management center between the data transmission,and through the test.
