【摘要】 丽江拉市海拥有着得天独厚的自然条件,是云南省第一个以“湿地”命名的自然保护区,其中以纳西族为主导的纳西族民居保存完好,具有浓郁的地域特色。随着经济的快速发展,快节奏的生活方式逐渐从城市蔓延到乡村,导致地方自身特色严重缺失,这种现象引发了各界人士的思考,如何延续建筑本真是我们当前不得不思考的问题。本文以拉市海旅游开发中面临的地域性问题为出发点,结合现阶段国家大力推进美丽乡村建设的相关政策,以拉市海旅游环线地段的民居建筑为研究对象,以笔者参与的“云南丽江拉市海片区保护与发展概念性总体规划”设计实例为契机,在尊重地域差异的前提下,积极改善农村的基础设施及生活条件,挖掘地域性特色民居的文化价值,分析丽江拉市海民居当下面临的地域性表达问题。本文着眼于丽江拉市海地区地域性特色民居研究,从而找适合当地的地域性表达方式,从而弥补丽江拉市海地域性表达理论研究的空缺,同时为我国地域性民居保护设计提供一些新的思路和建议。本文结合理论调研分析的方法,以发现问题、究其原因、解决问题为研究思路,从自然、村落、建筑三个方面,对拉市海地区地域性的表达作出初探,主要分为以下五部分:第一部分阐述框架及理论基础,交代课题来源,研究背景,研究对象并对论文相关的国内外研究现状进行梳理;第二部分为论文二、三章节,是对拉市海当地基本概况及其当地旅游发展的开发现状进行介绍,并引出旅游发展中所面临的问题;第三部分为论文四、五章节,从生态环境的修复、聚落结构规划、民居宅院更新与建筑风貌重塑的三个方面对其地域性表达进行分析与探索,以当地面临地域性问题为导向,试图找出适合拉市海的地域性表达方法;第四部分为论文第六章节,是对笔者参与的设计实例进行简单介绍,并对设计中存在的亮点与不足之处进行梳理探讨,为今后拉市海地区的设计起到借鉴;第五部分为论文第七章节,结论,归纳与总结出论文研究所得出的结论,对未来地域性表达做出思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lashihai,Lijiang is the first nature reserve named "wetland" in Yunnan Province.The Naxi dwellings,dominated by the Naxi nationality,are well preserved and have strong regional characteristics.With the rapid development of the economy,the fastpaced lifestyle gradually spreads from the city to the countryside,which leads to the serious lack of local characteristics.This phenomenon has aroused the thinking of people from all walks of life.How to continue the building is really the problem we have to think about at present.Based on the problems faced in the development of Lashihai tourism and the relevant policies of promoting the construction of beautiful countryside at the present stage,this paper takes the residential buildings in the area of Lashihai tourism ring as the research object,takes the design example of "Conceptual Master Plan for the Protection and Development of Haipian District in Lijiang City,Yunnan Province" as an opportunity,and actively respects the regional differences on the premise of respecting the regional differences.Improve the rural infrastructure and living conditions,excavate the cultural value of the local characteristic dwellings,and analyze the current regional expression problems of Hai dwellings in Lijiang La City.This paper not only focuses on the cultural research of the regional characteristic dwellings in Lahai area of Lijiang City,but also on the huge cultural value and social influence behind them,so as to make up for the vacancy of the theoretical research of the regional culture in Lahai area of Lijiang City,and at the same time,to provide some new ideas and suggestions for the protection and design of the regional dwellings in China.Combining with the method of theoretical investigation and analysis,this paper takes finding problems,investigating their causes and solving problems as research ideas,and makes a preliminary study on the regional expression of Lashihai District from three aspects of nature,villages and architecture,which is mainly divided into the following five parts:The first part elaborates the framework and theoretical basis,explains the source of the topic,the research background,the research object and combs the related domestic and foreign research status;the second part is the second and third chapters of the paper,which introduces the basic situation of Lashihai and the development status quo of local tourism,and leads to the problems faced in tourism development;the third part is the fourth and fifth chapters of the paper.Six chapters,from the natural level of ecological environment restoration and industrial structure optimization,the village level of settlement structure planning and spatial form control,the architectural level of residential house renewal and architectural style remodeling,analyze and explore its regional expression,with the local facing regional problems as the guide,trying to find out the regional expression method suitable for Lashihai;The sixth part is the sixth chapter of the paper,which is a brief introduction of the design examples in which the author participated,expatiating on the author’s confusion and thinking,and providing a reference for the future design of Lashihai District;the fifth part is the seventh chapter of the paper,which concludes and summarizes the conclusions drawn from the research of the paper,and makes some reflections on the future regional expression.更多还原
