【摘要】 近年来,随着生活水平的提高、人口老龄化的到来和二孩政策的实施,人们对家政服务需求的数量和质量不断提高,传统的家政服务已经不能满足人们日益增长的美好生活需求。在这样的大环境下,尚勤家政公司面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。本论文以尚勤家政公司为研究对象,以企业战略管理理论、服务营销理论、家政服务相关理论为指导,采用相关的分析工具,对尚勤家政公司的外部环境、内部环境进行了全面分析,明确尚勤家政公司的战略目标和战略重点,并提出保障尚勤家政公司发展战略顺利实施的措施。在对外部环境的分析中,运用PEST工具分析了尚勤家政公司所处的宏观环境,分析了家政服务行业的现状、发展趋势以及成都市家政市场的现状;在对内部环境分析中,从经营业务、组织架构、人力资源、营销推广、财务等方面分析了尚勤家政公司的现状。最后,运用SWOT工具对尚勤家政公司的机会和威胁、优势和劣势进行了综合分析,确立尚勤家政公司的发展战略,并从营销、人力资源、财务、技术、企业文化等方面提出具体的战略实施保障措施。本论文通过对尚勤家政公司的研究,根据实际情况提出尚勤家政公司的发展战略,对解决尚勤家政公司目前存在的问题,以及实现中长期战略目标有着非常重要的指导作用。同时对同类家政企业的战略管理研究也有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards,the arrival of the aging population,the implementation of the two child policy,people’s demand for housekeeping service is increasing in quantity and quality.The traditional housekeeping service has been unable to meet people’s growing demand for a better life.In such an environment,Shangqin Housekeeping Company is facing great opportunities and challenges.This paper takes Shangqin Housekeeping Company as the research object,and takes the enterprise strategy management theory,service marketing theory and domestic service related theory as the guidance,and uses relevant analysis tools to comprehensively analyze the external environment and internal environment of Shangqin Housekeeping Company.This paper also clarifies the strategic goals and strategic priorities of Shangqin Housekeeping Company,and propose measures to ensure the implementation of the development strategy.In the analysis of the external environment,the PEST tool is used to analyze the macro environment,and analyze the development trend of the housekeeping service industry and the situation of the housekeeping market in Chengdu.In the analysis of internal environment,the current situation of Shangqin Housekeeping Company is analyzed from the aspects of business operation,organizational structure,human resources,marketing,finance,etc.Finally,the SWOT tool is used to analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of Shangqin Housekeeping Company,establish the development strategy,and put forward specific strategic implementation guarantee measures from marketing,human resources,finance,technology,corporate culture and other aspects.Through the research of Shangqin Housekeeping Company,this paper puts forward the development strategy of Shangqin Housekeeping Company according to the actual situation,which has a very important guiding role in solving the current problems and realizing the medium and long-term strategic goals of Shangqin Housekeeping Company.At the same time,it has a certain practical reference value for the strategy management research of the same kind of housekeeping service enterprises.更多还原
