【摘要】 社会在不断地发展,生活水平随之快速提升,如今的人们越来越关注自身的身体健康,理疗产品的家用化趋势越来越明显。科技的进步使现代家用护理产品的功能实现得到保障,现代的用户在关注产品功能的同时,更加注重所接受的产品体验如何。家用颈肩护理产品的使用情境不同于医院,甚至在家庭环境中使用时情景也有所不同,因此这就要求设计师在进行此类产品的设计时,不仅仅要关注产品性能的提升,还要对产品在家庭情境中使用时情感的传递和体验的提供进行更深入的思考。情境体验设计方法将传统工业设计中关注产品本身或者是关注产品与使用者的关系方面转变到关注设计的最终目标上即用户的使用体验。这种理念对于产品设计领域提供了一个较新的视角。本文在对产品和用户的深刻的调研的基础上,从研究产品的使用情境出发,观察和分析影响产品使用体验的各种相关因素,并对发现的问题情境进行针对性解决优化,该设计方法真正提升了产品在实际使用空间中的使用效率,更大程度上满足了用户的使用体验。本课题首先搜集和整理了国内外有关情境体验设计和用户体验等方面的相关文献,并深入地分析情境体验设计方法的优缺点,然后通过引入服务设计的工具完善其不足,并建立相对更加完善的情境体验设计方法框架及应用流程,为家用颈肩护理产品情境体验设计方法的研究奠定理论基础。其次,对青年颈肩问题在生理和医学方面的相关内容进行分析研究,为后面进行相关产品的调研和设计打好基础。再次,笔者对青年群体家用颈肩护理产品的特点、设计要素等进行调查研究,总结家用颈肩护理产品在设计时应遵循的原则和设计趋势。最后,对家用颈肩护理产品情境体验设计方法进行实际设计应用。综上所述,本文以情境体验设计方法及其相关理论为设计的理论基础,对情境体验设计的优势和不足进行分析,并引入用户行为地图对情境体验设计进行完善补充,归纳出适用于家用颈肩护理产品的情境体验设计方法,并将这种方法应用于具体的设计实例中,在设计实践的过程中进一步完善情境体验设计方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Society continues to develop,with the rapid improvement of living standards,and now people are increasingly concerned about their own health,physical therapy products,the trend of household more and more obvious.The progress of science and technology to modern home care products to achieve the function of protection,modern users concerned about the product features at the same time,pay more attention to the acceptance of the product experience.The use of household neck and shoulder care products is different from the hospital,even in the family environment,the situation is different,so this requires designers in the design of such products,not only concerned about the improvement of product performance,but also The use of the product in the family context of the emotional transmission and experience to provide more in-depth thinking.The situational experience design approach transforms the traditional industrial design concerns about the product itself or the relationship between the product and the user,to the ultimate goal of the design.This concept provides a newer perspective for product design.Based on the deep research of products and users,this paper analyzes and analyzes the various factors that affect the use of the product from the study of the use situation of the products and optimizes the problem-solving situation.The design method Really enhance the product in the actual use of space in the use of efficiency,a greater extent to meet the user experience.This paper first collects and organizes the relevant literatures on the experience of experience design and user experience both at home and abroad,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the situational experience design method deeply.Then,through the introduction of service design tools to improve its shortcomings and establish a relatively perfect The framework of the experience design method and the application process of the situation,for the home neck and shoulder care product experience design method to lay the theoretical basis.Secondly,the young neck and shoulder problems in the physiological and medical aspects of the relevant content of the analysis,for the subsequent research and design of the product to lay the foundation.Thirdly,the author conducts the investigation and research on the characteristics and design elements of the neck and shoulder care products of the young group,and summarizes the principles and design trends that the household neck and shoulder care products should follow in the design.Finally,thepractical design and application of the design experience of home neck and shoulder care products are designed.In this paper,based on the theory of situational experience design and its theory,the advantages and disadvantages of situational experience design are analyzed,and the user behavior map is introduced to complement the situational experience design.Neck and shoulder care products,and apply this method to specific design examples,and further improve the experience design method in the process of design practice.更多还原
