基于Tribon的船舶管舾装模块生产设计研究

【摘要】 在二次世界大战时期,船舶建造就衍生了模块化的概念,但长期以来,模块化的概念一直停留在船体结构的模块化和船体设备的模块化,管舾装的模块化发展却十分缓慢,很少有过深入的研究。但在生产实际中,管舾装的模块化可以大大的缩短施工建造周期,同时提高船舶建造质量,提升造船生产效率,降低管舾装设计的错误率,减少后期因修改造成的涂装施工损坏,降低船舶建造的造价成本。本篇论文,在造船模式不断演变的背景下,在研究舾装模块概念的基础上,通过成组技术和系统工程技术的研究与应用,运用以中间产品为导向的分解法,实现了模块化造船的应用。本论文基于管舾装生产设计编码TRIBON软件系统平台的设计,对设计对象的生产中间产品,既可以体现和反映区域系统,又能兼顾整体。引入舾装托盘管理的概念,同时探讨了托盘集配对于舾装模块化的推进;在深入研究设计、制造、管理一体化的过程中,提出了设计与生产、管理的一些可行性操作。在9250TEU集装箱船管舾装生产设计中提供了常用的一些具体的设计方法,提出了一些设计思路,运用设计与制造一体化思想指导生产设计,在造船之初就综合考虑,使设计、管理和生产有机的结合在一起,使设计服务于生产,生产服从于管理,管理通过生产设计得以体现,解决造船过程中壳、舾、涂一体化的常见问题,结合大连船舶重工集团现状进行设计、管理、制造集成方法,具有普遍意义。分析实现了模块化舾装管附件的模块化设计,重点介绍了管隧道中的管路设计优化方案与解决思路,归纳了模块化的普遍特征,便于加以利用和推广;针对加热盘管单元模块化的的特点和设计方案,总结了舱室内单元模块的设计要点,同时根据相似性理论,对相近的管子制作进行归纳,整理为标准件制作,既节省了设计资源,同时也减少了制作场地的压力,使生产制作流程更加简洁,加工质量也得到了显著的提高;对机舱底部的设备、管系和平台的一体化模块进行了优化设计,总结了设计思路和设计方法,具有普遍的知道意义。本文研究内容结合实际生产,突破了传统的设计思路,将舾装模块“中间产品化”,可以切实改进整个舾装的设计、制造、管理效率和产品质量,并对整个造船流程产生影响。

【Abstract】 In the Second World War,the concept of modularity was derived from ship building.However,for a long time,the concept of modularity has remained in the modularization of hull structure and hull equipment.However,the development of modularity of pipe outfitting is very slow,and there is little in-depth research.However,in the production practice,the modularization of pipe outfitting can greatly shorten the construction period,improve the quality of ship construction,improve the production efficiency of shipbuilding,reduce the error rate of pipe outfitting design,reduce the coating construction damage caused by modification in the later stage,and reduce the cost of ship construction.In this paper,under the background of the continuous evolution of shipbuilding mode,based on the research of outfitting module concept,through the research and application of group technology and system engineering technology,using the decomposition method guided by intermediate products,the application of modular shipbuilding is realized.In this paper,based on the design of piping outfitting production design code TRIBON software system platform,the intermediate products of the design object can reflect and reflect the regional system as well as the whole.The concept of outfitting tray management is introduced,and the promotion of outfitting modularization by tray assembly is discussed.In the process of in-depth research on the integration of design,manufacturing and management,some feasible operations of design,production and management are put forward.In the production design of cs9250 container ship pipe outfitting,some common design methods are provided,some design ideas are put forward,the production design is guided by the idea of integration of design and manufacturing,and comprehensive consideration is made at the beginning of shipbuilding,so that the design,management and production are organically combined,so that the design serves the production,the production is subordinate to the management,and the management can be achieved through the production design.It is of universal significance to solve the common problems of integration of shell,outfitting and coating in the shipbuilding process and to integrate design,management and manufacturing with the current situation of Dalian shipbuilding industry group.This paper analyzes and realizes the modular design of the modular outfitting pipe accessories,mainly introduces the pipeline design optimization scheme and solution ideas in the pipe tunnel,sums up the general characteristics of the modular,which is convenient to be used and popularized;according to the characteristics and design scheme of the modular heating coil unit,summarizes the design points of the indoor unit module,and according to the similarity theory,summarizes the design points of the similar unit modules.The production of pipes in the engine room is summarized and sorted into standard parts,which not only saves the design resources,but also reduces the pressure of the production site,makes the production process more concise,and improves the processing quality significantly.The integrated module of the equipment,pipe system and platform at the bottom of the engine room is optimized,and the design ideas and design methods are summarized,which is generally known.Significance.At last,the paper summarizes and prospects the outfitting modular design,analyzes the future shipbuilding trend,and provides some research directions for the next development of shipbuilding,which has certain reference value.
