分布式光伏电站与抽水蓄能联合运行研究

【摘要】 随着能源供应的日益紧张,现代社会的发展更加需要可再生能源以及清洁能源,这些能源的开发和利用对于推动经济的发展有着十分显著的作用,太阳能等可再生能源都是受天然条件制约的间歇性随机性能源,因此为了更好的利用新的能源形式,针对此建立完善的新能源发电系统是非常重要的,基于此完善的发电系统在提升能源的利用率方面有着积极的作用,从目前的研究现状可以看到,抽水蓄能电站的建立可以将随机的能源形式进行转换,并且将可靠的电能进行存储,有效的降低了对电网的负面影响,从而增加混合系统电能供应的稳定性和可靠性。本文首先分析了水力发电和太阳能光伏发电的现状,在所有可再生能源的研究以及开发中,水力发电有着重要的地位,从实际的情况进行分析,水力发电也具有更加广阔的市场前景,从发电储备量进行分析,水力发电设备量以及能源的储备量位居全球首位,从水力发电系统的运行方面开展相关的研究,水力发展系统具备高效灵活以及利用方便的特点,因此即使电网中的负荷发生快速的不规律变化,水力发电的适用性依旧很强。同时另外一种新的可再生能源形式也应该引起重视和关注,那就是光伏发电技术,作为目前全球发展最快的发电形式,光伏发电已经成为了目前研究可再生能源课题中的重要项目。其次,介绍了抽水蓄能电站和太阳能光伏电站的工作特性,以及当前电力市场的发展趋势和动态,提出了一种基于电力市场环境的水光蓄互补联合系统的运行优化策略,选取了联合系统中的经济效益为目标函数,采用序列二次规划算法,在合适的约束条件下,对目标函数进行求解。另外,基于我国四川的小金县,提出了一种新的联合运行系统,就是在原来的水光互补联合运行系统的基础上,增加了风力发电和蓄电池,为了更好地满足负荷需求。本论文首先选取了两个场景进行仿真分析,通过分析抽水蓄能电站的可逆式水泵水轮机和上游水库的容量配置对经济效益的影响,结果表明,抽水蓄能电站对经济效益有明显的提高,从而说明了这种基于电力市场环境的水光蓄互补联合系统的运行优化策略是可行的,具有良好的实践意义。然后给出了两种蓄电池来作为新联合运行的储备能源,构建了目标函数和约束条件,采用粒子群优化算法(PSO)进行优化对比分析,可以看到铅酸电池的经济性更好,同时也证明了蓄电池作为联合运行系统的储备能源是可行的。

【Abstract】 With the increasingly tight energy supply,the development of modern society requires more renewable energy and clean energy.The development and utilization of these energy sources have a very significant role in promoting economic development.Renewable energy sources such as solar energy are intermittent and random energy sources that are constrained by natural conditions.Therefore,in order to better use new energy forms,it is very important to establish a perfect new energy power generation system for this purpose.Based on this perfect power generation system has an active role in improving the utilization rate of energy.From the current research status,we can see that pumped storage power stations can convert random energy forms and store reliable electrical energy,which effectively reduce the negative impact on the power grid,thereby increasing the stability and reliability of the electrical energy supply of the hybrid system.This paper first analyzes the current status of hydro power and solar photovoltaic power generation.In all renewable energy research and development,hydro power has an important position.From the actual situation,hydro power also has a broader market prospect.From power generation analysis of reserves,the amount of hydroelectric power generation equipment and energy reserves ranks first in the world,and related research is carried out from the operation of hydroelectric power generation systems.The hydro power development system has the characteristics of high efficiency,flexibility and convenient use,so even if the load in the power grid rapid and irregular changes,the applicability of hydro power is still very strong.At the same time,another new form of renewable energy should also attract attention and attention,that is,photovoltaic power generation technology,as the world’s fastest growing form of power generation,photovoltaic power generation has become an important project in the current research on renewable energy topics.Secondly,the operating characteristics of pumped storage power stations and solar photovoltaic power stations are introduced,as well as the current development trend and dynamics of the power market.An operation optimization strategy for a combined hydro-storage system based on the power market environment is proposed,and the joint system is selected.The economic benefit in is the objective function,and the sequential quadratic programming algorithm is used to solve the objective function under suitable constraints.In addition,based on xiaojin county,sichuan province,a new joint operation system is proposed,which is based on the original operation system,wind power generation and battery are added,in order to better meet the load demand.This paper first selected two scenarios for simulation analysis.By analyzing the impact of the capacity configuration of the reversible pump turbine and upstream reservoir of the pumped storage power station on economic benefits,the results show that the pumped storage power station The obvious improvement of economic benefits shows that the operation optimization strategy of this combined system of water,light and storage based on the power market environment is feasible and has good practical significance.Then,two kinds of batteries are given as the reserve energy for the new joint operation,objective function and constraint conditions are constructed,and particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)is used for the optimization and comparative analysis.It can be seen that the lead-acid battery is more economical,and it also proves that the battery is feasible as the reserve energy for the operation system.
