基于生态理念的HZ湿地公园恢复策略研究

【摘要】 生态恢复是保护湿地生态系统重要的手段之一,HZ湿地为河流、库塘及垛基果林组合而成的复合型湿地,生态恢复可以提升生物多样性、实现环境质量提升、达到可持续发展目标。本文通过对HZ湿地建设现状、生物因子及环境因子进行分析,发现存在的问题主要为湿地建设园林化痕迹严重、湿地生态功能不明显;生物群落单一、结构不合理;湿地生态保育区湿地特征不明显、水质环境有待提升等。对应采用水文和水环境恢复方法、湿地基底结构恢复方法、植被恢复方法及生境营造方法对HZ湿地公共开放区域、限制开放区域及生态保育区域设计了若干具体生态恢复方案,包括生态清淤、种植浆果类植物、高潮位栖息地、滩涂区营造、生态浮岛、百果园及建立科研监测体系等。为了设定最优的生态的恢复策略,引入价值工程理论,以层次分析法为基础,对三套生态恢复策略方案进行比选,得出最合适的生态恢复策略方案,另外通过头脑风暴法,优化了生态恢复策略方案。最后分析了湿地相关利益群体的互适性并根据湿地管理方相关历史台账数据及周边类似区域数据进行了湿地生态恢复的效益评估,计算表明,经济效益为增加园区收入843万元/年、降低湿地养护成本274.5万元/年、促进了周边区域超过20家互联网高新企业总部的落户;生态效益为预计能新增61种林鸟、13种水鸟,增容45万m~3雨洪调蓄空间;社会效益为创新创业、为全国约800家国家湿地公园提供生态恢复示范作用、推动周边区域20多家科研高校科研课题研究工作。本文所提出的生态恢复策略研究不仅对HZ湿地的可持续发展有推动作用,同时对其他湿地公园在生态恢复中该如何选择合理的生态恢复措施提供了参考价值,有一定的科学性、实用性和可推广性。

【Abstract】 Ecological restoration is one of the important means to protect wetland ecosystem.HZ wetland is a composite wetland composed of rivers,reservoirs and stacking fruit forests.Ecological restoration can enhance biodiversity,improve environmental quality and achieve sustainable development goals.Based on the analysis of HZ wetland construction status,biological factors and environmental factors,the main problems were found as follows: serious landscaping traces of wetland construction,indistinct wetland ecological function,single biological community,unreasonable structure,indistinct wetland characteristics in wetland ecological conservation area,and water quality environment to be improved.Several specific ecological restoration schemes were designed for HZ wetland public open area,restricted open area and ecological conservation area by hydrological and water environment restoration method,wetland basement structure restoration method,vegetation restoration method and habitat construction method,including ecological silt clearance,berry plant planting,high tide habitat and beach.Tu area construction,ecological floating island,100 orchards and the establishment of scientific research monitoring system.In order to set the optimal ecological restoration strategy,the value engineering theory is introduced.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,three sets of ecological restoration strategy schemes are compared,and the most suitable ecological restoration strategy scheme is obtained.In addition,the brainstorming method is used to optimize the ecological restoration strategy scheme.Finally,the paper analyses the mutual adaptability of wetland related interest groups and evaluates the benefits of wetland ecological restoration based on the relevant historical account data of wetland managers and the data of surrounding similar areas.The calculation shows that the economic benefits are to increase the income of the park by 8.43 million yuan per year,reduce the cost of wetland conservation by 2.745 million yuan per year,and promote the surrounding areas.More than 20 headquarters of high-tech Internet enterprises have settled down;the ecological benefits are expected to add 61 species of forest birds and 13 species of waterfowl,and increase the capacity of 450,000 m3 storm water storage space;the social benefits are innovation and entrepreneurship,providing ecological restoration demonstration role for about 800 National Wetland parks,and promoting scientific research projects of more than 20 research universities in surrounding areas.Work.The study of ecological restoration strategy proposed in this paper not only promotes the sustainable development of HZ wetland,but also provides reference value for other wetland parks to choose reasonable ecological restoration measures in ecological restoration,which is scientific,practical and extensible.
