中小城市高铁枢纽交通设施规划研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的迅速发展和城镇化发展进程的加快,在交通领域,我国将全面推进“八纵八横”高速铁路网的建设,中国已然跨入“高铁时代”。在高铁枢纽大力建设与发展的浪潮中,设站中小城市迎来了新的机遇与发展空间,但是不可避免也面临着很多压力和挑战,由于中小城市城市规模较小,吸引力不足,且城市基础设施的建设水平较低,其高铁枢纽在运营过程中往往会出现集散效率低下、枢纽地区交通混乱等问题,因此在大型高铁交通枢纽建设逐渐成熟的同时,怎样对中小城市高铁枢纽进行合理、科学、因地制宜的规划建设,是“高铁时代”值得思考和解决的问题。基于此,本论文从站点功能、枢纽客流、集散路网、站场设施四个方面出发,对中小城市高铁枢纽的规划内容进行了分析、探究与总结。首先,基于对中小城市和高铁枢纽两个内涵概念的界定,对中小城市高铁枢纽的特征及功能进行讨论分析,论述中小城市高铁枢纽与城市发展的互动关系,包括与城市位置关系、枢纽选址等,阐述当前我国中小城市高铁枢纽发展的机遇与挑战,总结其发展与规划目标。其次,分析中小城市高铁枢纽的客流构成,总结不同类型城市高铁枢纽对外客流及换乘客流影响因素和影响结果;对于对外客流预测,结合案例对中小城市枢纽对外客流总量及多铁路枢纽对外客流量进行分析,在乘车率法的基础上提出中小城市枢纽对外客流预测的考虑因素;对于换乘客流预测,给出基于交通分布原理的预测方法和基于交通方式划分的预测方法。再次,定义中小城市枢纽集散路网的层次内涵,关于枢纽地区集散通道和城市交通性干道,对其与枢纽、铁路线,及两者间的部分空间关系或衔接方式进行分析并给出衔接优化建议;总结中小城市典型的枢纽周边道路网布局形态,给出不同区位枢纽适应性分析;介绍枢纽进出节点的典型形式,给出中小城市的案例介绍及适应性分析。最后,从站场设施布局角度,对设施的空间布局模式和平面功能布置进行分析讨论,给出中小城市的常用模式;从站场设施设计角度,分别对枢纽的站房、衔接换乘设施、站区通道和换乘信息进行探究,给出中小城市的常用设计形式;总结中小城市高铁枢纽站场设施具体布局模式,通过案例给出优缺点及适应性分析。

【Abstract】 Nowadays,China will comprehensively promote the construction of the “eight vertical and eight horizontal” high-speed railway network,and has already entered the “high-speed rail era”.In the wave of construction and development of high-speed railway hubs,small and medium-sized cities have also ushered in new opportunities and development space,but inevitably face many pressures and challenges.Due to the small scale and attractiveness,and the low level of urban infrastructure construction,there are often problems such as low efficiency of distribution and traffic chaos in hub areas.Therefore,while the construction of large-scale high-speed rail transportation hubs is gradually maturing,the rational,scientific and local planning of high-speed railway hubs in small and medium-sized cities is a problem worthy of consideration.Based on this,this paper analyzes,explores and summarizes the planning contents of high-speed railway hubs in small and medium-sized cities from four aspects: function of hub,passenger flow of hub,distributing road network and hub facilities.Firstly,this paper discusses the characteristics and functions of high-speed railway hubs in small and medium-sized cities,and discusses the interaction between high-speed railway hubs and urban development in small and medium-sized cities,including the location relationship with cities and the location of hubs.Etc.,and summarizes their development and planning goals.Secondly,influencing factors and impact results of passenger flow of high-speed railway hubs in small and medium-sized cities are discussed.For the forecast of external passenger flow,total external passenger flow of the small and medium-sized city hubs and the external passenger flow of the multi-rail hubs are analyzed combined with the case analysis,and the consideration is proposed based on the ride rate method.For the forecast of transfer passenger flow,two prediction methods based on the traffic distribution principle and traffic mode division are given.Thirdly,this paper defines the hierarchical connotation of the distributing road network of small and medium-sized cities,and analyzes relevant connection methods and gives optimization suggestions through cases.Typical hub network layouts of small and mediumsized cities are summarized,and an analysis of the adaptability for different location hubs is given.This paper also introduces the typical form of hub access nodes,and gives case introduction and adaptability analysis of small and medium-sized cities.Finally,the spatial layout mode and the layout of plane function of hub facilities are analyzed and discussed,and the common modes of small and medium-sized cities are given.In addition,the station buildings,connection facilities,hub channel and transfer information are explored,and the common design forms of small and medium-sized cities are given.The specific layout mode of the hub facilities of high-speed railway hubs in small and mediumsized cities is summarized,and its adaptability analysis is given through cases.
