基于BIM技术的F工程项目协同管理研究

【摘要】 随着我国工程建设项目的大型化和复杂化,传统的管理模式已无法满足当下工程项目建设的高标准和严要求,尤其在工程设计和施工阶段常出现的问题,一直困扰着工程建设的从业者。BIM技术凭借其独特的优势被国内外工程建设从业者广泛应用,因此,本文通过运用BIM技术解决工程设计和施工阶段出现的一系列实际工程项目难题。首先,以BIM技术及协同理念的为基础,通过现有应用以及理论研究得出,当前建筑工程项目管理应用BIM的技术优势,以及协同管理具有优越性,为下文基于BIM进行工程项目管理提供理论基础。其次,引入F工程项目,将理论研究应用于工程实践,充分考虑最初阶段对于设计阶段与施工阶段项目管理中所存在问题,根据其成因对问题进行了详细地描述与分析,进而质量、进度、成本方面分别深入分析基于BIM进行项目协同管理,通过比较,得出其可以解决的问题以及存在的优势。随后,主要针对上述提出的F工程项目设计阶段、施工阶段实际存在的问题,将基于BIM技术的协同管理运用至工程实践中。先将BIM技术应用于F工程项目设计协同管理,通过可视化分析与碰撞检查优化有效地解决了设计阶段专业间不畅所造成的问题;随后,在施工阶段的质量、进度、成本中应用BIM技术进行协同管理,并且将F工程施工阶段质量、进度、成本中的一些问题的解决方式进行了展示与说明,通过对比体现,其在实际工程项目管理中设计和施工阶段的应用价值。最后,得出了F工程在设计、施工阶段的工程实际中,基于BIM技术进行协同管理达到的降本增效、节约工期以及提升管理水平的实施效果;并且提出了为保障该管理方式能够有效实施的技术、人员、制度方面的保障措施。

【Abstract】 With the development trend of complexity and large-scale engineering construction projects in China,the traditional management mode has been unable to meet the current high standards and strict requirements of engineering project construction,especially the problems that often occur during the engineering design and construction stages,which have always plagued engineering construction Practitioners.As engineering design involves a variety of business formats such as business,hotel,and office buildings,if one of the majors changes the drawing,the other majors may also change the design plan.For example,if the design plan for the water supply and drainage specialty changes,the design plans for the HVAC,electromechanical,and structural disciplines should be checked accordingly to determine whether changes should be made.Problems such as quality management,schedule control and cost management are also prone to occur during the construction phase.With its unique advantages,BIM technology is widely used by engineering construction practitioners at home and abroad.Therefore,this article uses BIM technology to solve a series of practical engineering project problems in the engineering design and construction stages.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,based on BIM technology and collaborative concepts,through existing applications and theoretical studies,it is concluded that the current technical advantages of BIM in construction engineering project management and the advantages of collaborative management provide a theory for engineering project management based on BIM below.Secondly,the F project is introduced,and theoretical research is applied to engineering practice.Full consideration is given to the problems in the project management in the design and construction stages at the initial stage,and the problems are described and analyzed in detail according to their causes.In terms of cost,the in-depth analysis of collaborative project management based on BIM is made,and through comparison,the problems that can be solved and the existing advantages are obtained.Subsequently,the problems in the design stage and construction stage of the F engineering project mentioned above were mainly applied to the collaborative management based on BIM technology in engineering practice.The BIM technology was first applied to the collaborative management of the design of the F engineering project,and the problems caused by the poor inter-professional design phase were effectively solved through visual analysis and collision check optimization;then,the BIM technology was applied to the quality,schedule,and cost of the construction phase Perform collaborative management,and demonstrate and explain some of the problems in the quality,schedule,and cost of the construction phase of the F project.Through comparison and reflection,its application value in the design and construction phase of actual engineering project management.Finally,the implementation effect of the F project in the design and construction phase of the collaborative management based on BIM technology was achieved,and the implementation effects of cost reduction and efficiency,time saving and management improvement were achieved;and to ensure that the management method can be effective Technical,personnel,and institutional safeguards.
