【摘要】 随着我国农村中小学大规模“撤点并校”政策的实施,农村初中寄宿生数量大幅度增长,给学校安全管理带来了许多的困难和问题,农村学校寄宿生校园安全管理问题已成为社会各界广泛关注的焦点。本文通过对G省Z县农村初中寄宿生校园安全管理现状进行调查及访谈,了解到Z县农村初中寄宿生安全管理存在管理者观念滞后,缺乏专业管理知识;校园安全设施设备缺乏监管,安全隐患突出;安全管理考核制度缺失,管理机制不健全等问题,其主要原因来自学校管理者对寄宿生安全管理重要性认识不足,缺乏经费保障和职能部门监管。因此,笔者认真学习了国内外在农村初中寄宿生校园安全管理方面采取的具体措施,结合Z县实际情况,在“人本管理理论”及“目标管理理论”的理论框架下。提出了提高管理者综合素养,加强安全队伍管理;增设专项经费投入,保障设施设备安全运行;建立考核评价机制,完善安全管理制度等农村初中寄宿生校园安全管理策略,为Z县或有类似问题的农村初中学校的寄宿生校园安全管理工作提供建议及参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the large-scale implementation of the policy of "withdrawing schools" in rural primary and secondary schools,the number of boarding students in rural junior high schools has increased dramatically,which has brought many difficulties and problems to the school safety management.The safety management of boarding students in rural schools has become the focus of the society.Based on the investigation and interview of the current situation of the safety management of the rural junior high school students in Z County of G Province,this paper finds out that there are some problems in the safety management of the rural junior high school students in Z County,such as the lagging concept of the managers,the lack of professional management knowledge,the lack of supervision of the campus safety facilities and equipment,the prominent hidden danger of safety,the lack of the safety management assessment system,and the imperfect management mechanism,which are mainly caused by the school The managers do not understand the importance of the safety management of boarding students,lack of financial support and supervision of functional departments.Therefore,the author carefully studied the specific measures taken in the field of campus safety management of rural junior high school students at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Z County,under the theoretical framework of "human-oriented management theory" and "target management theory".This paper puts forward the strategies of campus safety management for rural junior high school students,such as improving the comprehensive quality of managers,strengthening the management of safety team,adding special funds to ensure the safe operation of facilities and equipment,establishing assessment and evaluation mechanism,and improving the safety management system,so as to provide suggestions and references for the campus safety management of boarding students in Z County or rural junior high school with similar problems.更多还原
