基于Web技术的变电设备缺陷管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 变电网是电力系统的重要组成部分,其主要目标是对不同电压等级的电网利用变电站进行电压转换,是连接不同电压等级输电网的重要设施。变电网由多种电压等级的变电站组成,在其中包括了大量的变电设备及附属设备,例如变压器、断路器、刀闸/开关等。由于变电网的重要作用,在实际管理工作中对于变电设备的运行可靠性有着非常高的要求标准。因此对于变电设备的缺陷管理是电力企业变电网运维管理业务中的重要内容。针对攀枝花供电公司的变电设备缺陷管理部门的需求和实际情况,本论文设计并实现了一套基于Web技术的变电设备缺陷管理系统。在论文中研究了该系统的开发技术、系统需求、功能设计、功能开发以及测试等,基于.NET Web技术实现了系统的功能,并达到了预期的功能及性能要求。主要研究内容如下:整理分析了文本挖掘技术的常用方案和基本技术原理,确定了本系统中对缺陷语义识别的算法思路,并对具体的算法流程和技术方案进行设计与实现。基于公司的变电设备缺陷管理业务的实际需求,对本系统进行详细的功能需求研究,确立了本系统的功能及非功能研发目标。基于系统的缺陷语义识别算法,对本系统进行详细的软件功能方案设计与开发实现,采用.NET Web技术、数据库技术和嵌入式开发技术等,实现了系统功能,并对系统进行了测试分析。该系统能够为公司的变电设备缺陷管理业务提供信息化的技术工具支持,将缺陷管理业务中的缺陷上报、缺陷分类、消缺计划、消缺执行、消缺结果管理等环节进行全面覆盖,实现变电设备缺陷管理业务的自动化和智能化,提高业务管理效率。同时,在系统内部集成了自动化的变电设备缺陷描述文本识别功能,能够根据变电设备缺陷的描述文本,通过语义自动分析和识别,将其归类到对应的缺陷类型,从而能够降低人工缺陷识别的工作量。变电设备缺陷管理系统能够将攀枝花供电公司的变电设备缺陷管理业务进行信息化管理,同时加入智能化的缺陷文本语义自动识别技术,取代传统的人工识别方式,可以提高变电设备缺陷的识别速度,同时为缺陷管理业务提供必要的工具支持,提高变电设备缺陷管理效率。
【Abstract】 Transformer network is an important part of the power system,the main goal is to use substations for voltage conversion of different voltage levels of the power grid,which is an important facility to connect different voltage levels of the transmission network.The transformer network consists of a variety of voltage levels of substations,including a large number of transformer equipment and ancillary equipment,such as transformers,circuit breakers,switch/switch,etc.Due to the important role of transformer network,the operation reliability of transformer equipment has very high requirements in the actual management work.Therefore,the fault management of transformer transformer equipment is an important part of the operation and maintenance management of transformer network in power enterprises.In this thesis,a set of web-based fault management system of transformer equipment is designed and developed for the management department of transformer equipment of Panzhihua power supply company.The development technologies,system needing work,functional design work,functional implementation work and testing work are researched in this thesis.The system is coded by the use of.NET Web technology,and the function of the system had achieved the functional and performance target proposed by the company.The main research contents are as follows:The common schemes and basic technical principles of text mining technology are analyzed,the algorithm idea of defect semantic recognition in this system is determined,and the specific algorithm flow and technical scheme are designed and implemented.Based on the actual needs of the company’s substation equipment defect management business,the detailed functional requirements of the system are studied,and the functional and non functional R & D objectives of the system are established.Based on the defect semantic recognition algorithm of the system,the detailed design and development of the software function scheme of the system are carried out.Net web technology,database technology and embedded development technology are used to realize the system functions,and the system is tested and analyzed.The system can provide information-based technical tool support for the company’s transformer equipment fault management business,and comprehensively cover fault report,fault classification,elimination plan,elimination execution and eliminationresult management in the fault management business.At the same time,an automatic text recognition function of fault description is integrated in the system,which is divided into text preprocessing,text feature extraction,text mining,pattern verification and other processes.The NP neural network technology is used to improve and evaluate the algorithm based on historical data..According to the description text of transformer equipment defects,the system can automatically classify them into corresponding fault types through semantic analysis and recognition,so as to reduce the workload of manual fault recognition.The system can automatically manage the fault management of transformer equipment in Panzhihua power supply company.At the same time,the intelligent automatic recognition technology of fault text semantics can replace the traditional manual recognition method and improve the speed of fault recognition of transformer equipment.So,the system can provide necessary tool support for fault management and improve the efficiency of fault management of transformer equipment.
