配电网电能质量薄弱点评估

【摘要】 电能质量薄弱点评估是当今电力研究热点问题之一。科学合理的评估电能质量有利于实现电力市场按质定价,促进电力市场公平化;同时让决策者科学准确的掌握配网电能质量情况,为下一步电能质量治理设备的接入提供科学准确的依据。本文研究配电网电能质量薄弱点评估问题,具体内容包括:针对电能质量各项指标,给出其定义以及测算方法,并简要分析了各项电能质量问题的主要成因,对常见的电能质量问题负荷,在现有文献基础上搭建了用于电能质量分析的MATLAB模型,并验证了模型的有效性。针对特定电压等级电能质量薄弱点评估问题,提出了一种基于组合加权TOPSIS法的电能质量薄弱点赋权评估方法,客观权重部分引入CRITIC法解决了一般客观权重计算方法对于异常数据过于敏感问题,主观权重部分利用CRITC法改进了传统专家打分法的加权过程,由平均加权变为CRITIC法加权,使得主观打分法加权过程更加客观合理,加权TOPSIS法则对各个节点数据向更加精确的电能质量分级数据进行映射,进行电能质量分级。针对配网全局电能质量薄弱点评估问题,提出了基于模糊Borda组合法的电能质量评估方法,通过对原始数据“标幺化”处理,实现电能质量指标数据等级划分的统一,单一评价法方面选取了 TOPSIS、灰色关联分析、聚类分析,通过Spearman系数验证了三种方法下排序结果的一致性,最后利用模糊Borda法进行了评价的组合,加大了数据的区分度,实例分析说明本文方法实现了多电压等级评估,且方法客观准确。本文建立了由全局到局部电能质量评估体系,并结合某地区实际配网搭建了配网模型并进行了光伏接入前后薄弱点仿真分析,验证了本文方法的合理性有效性,对配网电能质量评价方面做出了有益探索。

【Abstract】 The evaluation of weak points of power quality is one of the hot-issues in power research.Scientifically and reasonably detecting and evaluating power quality can promote the comprehensive management of power quality and help to establish a fair power market.In addition,it can also let the decision-makers grasp the power quality of distribution network scientifically and accurately,and provide scientific and accurate basis for the access of power quality control equipment.This paper studies the evaluation of weak points of power quality in distribution network.The main contents includes:According to each index of power quality,the definition and calculation method are given,and the main causes of power quality problems are analyzed briefly.For the common power quality load,a MATLAB model for power quality analysis is built based on the existing literature,and the validity of the model is verified.In order to evaluate the weak points of power quality in a specific voltage level,a method based on combined weighted TOPSIS is proposed.In the objecting weighting part,CRITIC method is introduced to solve the problem that the general object weighting method is too sensitive to abnormal data.In the subject weighting part,the weight process of traditional expert scoring method is improved by using CRITIC method.It makes the weighting process of subjective scoring method more objective and reasonable.In this paper,the weighted TOPSIS method is used to map each node data to more accurate power quality classification data to achieve power quality classification.Aiming at the problem of hierarchical evaluation of weak points of power quality in distribution network,a method of power quality evaluation based on fuzzy Borda combination method is proposed.Firstly,the method of "per unit" processing of power quality data of each voltage level is put forward to realize the unification of power quality index data classification.In the aspect of single evaluation method,TOPSIS method,grey relation analysis method and cluster analysis method are selected.In order to make the combined results have practical significance,it is helpful for Spearman coefficient to test the consistency of the results of the three methods,and the fuzzy Borda method is used to evaluate the combination,which increases the differentiation of the data,so it has certain practical significance.Finally,the example analysis shows that the method in this paper realizes multi-voltage level evaluation,and the method is objective and accurate.Finally,a power quality assessment system from global to local is established.Then,based on the actual distribution network in a certain area,the distribution network model is built and the weak points before and after photovoltaic access are simulated and analyzed,through which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the method in this paper.This paper makes a useful exploration on power quality evaluation of distribution network.
