低氧环境下有氧运动对女大学生血脂和体成分的影响

【摘要】 研究目的:本研究将利用常压低氧舱进行对照实验,探索比较在低氧环境下与常氧环境下进行中等强度有氧运动对女大学生血脂和体成分的影响。为女性大学生通过有氧运动来控制体重和血脂提供一定的理论依据。研究方法:通过随机选取了 15名被试,并对15名被试(年龄22.1±1.24岁)进行实验前测,随机分为常氧组和低氧组。分别在常氧环境下和低氧环境下进行4周的运动干预,每周3次,每次60分钟,运动方式为在跑台上进行中等强度的跑步,同时佩戴polar表对被试的心率进行实时观测,以便控制运动强度。实验结束进行数据后测,使用T检验对前测和后测数据进行检验分析。主要结果:1、经过4周常氧环境下的运动干预,常氧组被试体成分和血脂各指标无显著性变化。2、经过4周低氧环境下运动的干预,低氧组被试的平均体重、BMI、脂肪重量、内脏脂肪和腰围与实验前比较均有显著下降。3、低氧组被试HDL-C水平的均值较实验前有显著提高,LDL-C水平均值较实验前有显著下降。结论:1、低氧环境下运动能够有效让女大学生的体重降低,对体成分有着良好的改善效果。2、低氧环境下运动能够显著提高女大学生HDL-C水平,降低LDL-C水平,对其预防心血管疾病有积极作用。3、本实验过程中低氧组被试没有出现饮食和作息上的不适,说明在模拟海拔1500m的低氧环境下对女大学生进行低氧运动是可行的。

【Abstract】 Research purposes:This study will use the atmospheric pressure hypoxic chamber for comparative experiments to explore the effects of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on blood lipids and body composition of female college students in hypoxic and normoxia environments.It provides a theoretical basis for female college students to control body weight and blood lipids through aerobic exercise.Methods:A total of 15 subjects were randomly selected and 15 subjects(age 22.1±1.24 years)were randomly assigned to the normoxia group and the hypoxia group.4 weeks of exercise intervention under normoxic environment and hypoxic environment,3 times a week,60 minutes each time,the exercise mode is medium-strength running on the running platform,while wearing the polar table to the heart rate of the test Perform real-time observations to control exercise intensity.Main Results:1.After 4 weeks of exercise intervention in normal oxygen environment,there were no significant changes in the components and lipids of the normoxic group.2.After 4 weeks of exercise in hypoxic environment,the average body weight,BMI,fat weight,visceral fat and waist circumference of the hypoxic group were significantly lower than those before the experiment.3.The mean value of HDL-C level in the hypoxic group was significantly higher than that before the experiment.The average value of LDL-C water was significantly lower than that before the experiment.Conclusion:1.Exercise in hypoxic environment can effectively reduce the weight of female college students and improve the body composition.2.Exercise in hypoxic environment can significantly improve the HDL-C level of female college students,reduce the level of LDL-C,and have a positive effect on the prevention of cardiovascular disease.3.During the experiment,the hypoxic group did not experience any discomfort in diet and work and rest,indicating that it is feasible to perform hypoxic exercise on female college students in a low oxygen environment with a simulated altitude of 1500 m.
