西北少数民族地区研究生支教团项目实施研究

【摘要】 研究生支教团项目始于1998年,是中央关于推进中西部贫困地区教育扶贫、人才培养的有力措施,至今已开展20余载,成效卓著。笔者以研究生支教团青海分队11所高校志愿者为研究对象,于2018年3月—6月期间在青海省各服务地学校调查、收集资料,结合民族学、教育学、人类学、社会学等相关学科的学术成果,通过田野调查对民族地区的支教情况进行深入研究,尤其是对志愿者在多民族聚居区工作的特殊性、民族教育的特殊性进行分析,通过对服务地项目办、服务地学校、高校项目办、志愿者等相关各方的调查,对该项目在青海省教育教学、社会扶贫等工作取得的成效、存在的问题进行总结和思考,以期为青海省以及民族地区志愿者的工作提供经验参考,推动该项目在我国中西部贫困地区发挥最大的作用。本文从以下几个方面进行研究:第—,查访研究生支教团项目及近三年青海分队的基本情况,调研青海省研究生支教团的工作概况,对该项目的运行及实施情况有—个全面客观的了解和认识。第二,从他评——服务地项目办主体、服务地学校主体、学生主体,自评——志愿者主体两个角度出发,全面分析研究生支教团青海分队1 1所高校志愿者支教工作的成效,包括民族教育、教育扶贫、民族团结、跨文化适应能力以及相关主体互动情况等各个方面,总结该项目在民族贫困地区开展的成果和有益经验。第三,对研究生支教团青海分队在民族贫困地区的工作是否有针对性和有效性进行考察,分析该项目相关主体——高校项目办、服务地项目办、服务地学校、志愿者自身所存在的问题与不足,并对问题的原因进行探讨。第四,通过对该项目在青海地区现有实施情况的调查、分析,对该项目工作开展情况作出总结,并为今后的发展提出建议,进而为青海省及西北民族地区志愿者的工作提供经验参考,为我国中西部地区研究生支教团项目的发展提供一些合理的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The graduate student advocacy group project,which started in 1998,is a powerful measure taken by the central government to promote poverty alleviation through education and personnel training in poverty-stricken areas in the central and Western regions.It has been carried out for more than 20 years and has achieved remarkable results.Taking 11 university volunteers from Qinghai Branch of Graduate Support Mission as the research object,the author investigated and collected data in schools of various service areas in Qinghai Province from March to June 2018.Combining with the theoretical achievements of ethnology,pedagogy,anthropology and sociology,the author made an in-depth study on the situation of supporting education in ethnic areas through field surveys,especially volunteers in multi-ethnic areas.The particularity of the work in the inhabited areas and the particularity of ethnic education are analyzed.Through the investigation of the project office in the service area,the school in the service area,the project office in Colleges and universities,the volunteers and other relevant parties,the achievements and problems of the project in education and teaching,social poverty alleviation and other work in Qinghai Province are summarized and pondered,with a view to providing volunteer work in Qinghai Province and ethnic areas.Experience is used for reference to promote the project to play the greatest role in the poverty-stricken areas of central and Western China.This paper studies from the following aspects:first,it expounds the basic situation of the graduate student branch project and the Qinghai detachment in the past three years,briefly introduces the general situation of the work of the graduate student branch in Qinghai Province,and has a comprehensive and objective understanding of the project;second,it evaluates from him to the main body of the project in the service place,the main body of the school in the service place,the main body of the students,the self-evaluation to the main body of the volunteers.From each point of view,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of the volunteer support work in 11 universities of Qinghai Branch of Graduate Support Mission,including ethnic education,life adaptation,poverty alleviation through education and the interaction of related subjects,and summarizes the achievements and beneficial experience of the project in poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities;third,whether the Qinghai Branch of Graduate Support Mission works in poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities or not.To investigate the pertinence and effectiveness of the project,analyze the problems and shortcomings of the relevant subjects of the project-University project office,service project office,service school,volunteers themselves;Fourthly,through the investigation,analysis and research of the current implementation of the project in Qinghai,put forward suggestions for the future development of the project,and then for Qinghai Province and other ethnic areas.The work of the volunteers provides experience and reference,and provides some reasonable suggestions for the development of postgraduate branch projects in the central and western regions of China.更多还原
