M40J石墨化炉制造质量管理研究

【摘要】 碳纤维产品当前已经引起全球各个国家的关注,其性能非常优异,是国防军工至关重要的战略物资。工艺技术和生产所需装备是研制碳纤维生产的关键,我国在这方面的发展速度相对较慢,技术相对落后。TZ公司历经十余年的研发历程,取得了很大成绩,打破了垄断,改变了碳纤维世界格局。随着我国航空航天和高端体育休闲等领域对高刚性(高模量)碳纤维提出迫切需求,研制M40J级高强高模碳纤维成为发展趋势,而M40J碳纤维的开发和生产离不开M40J石墨化炉,石墨化炉制造质量的研究尤为重要。本文分析了有关项目质量管理的特点和影响因素,针对TZ公司高温碳化炉制造项目存在的质量管理问题,基于M40J石墨化炉制造项目自身的特点,运用简化层次分析法、鱼骨图法对其项目过程中产生的质量问题和管理问题进行识别、分类、分析。对质量管理影响因素重要性进行评价,制定质量管理改进方案及保障措施,研究解决避免发生质量问题的策略。通过系统分析M40J石墨化炉制造过程中存在的质量管理问题,从设计、原材料、人员、设备运输、测量、设备调试、生产环境等多个环节入手,制定了相应的质量管理措施,构建了项目小组,明确任务分工,建立了质量管理监督体系,加强对人员的管理如建立岗位责任制,原材料的管理如选择原料、加强检验贮存以及提高供方运输要求,设备设计过程的管理如理顺设计流程,使TZ公司设备制造的质量管理体系更加完善。并通过对M40J石墨纤维力学性能波动率及产品合格率;石墨化炉设备性能;M40J石墨化炉制造过程工序合格率四个方面指标评价改进方案的有效性,为碳纤维设备的国产化制造提供了理论支撑和实践指导。
【Abstract】 Carbon fiber currently has attracted attention of countries all over the word.For its excellent properties,carbon fiber is crucial strategic material to defense military.Process technology and production equipment is the key of carbon fiber manufacture.In China,development and techniques are relative backward in this field.Through more than 10 years research,great success had been made by Tuozhan Carbon Fiber Co.,Ltd.(hereafter referred to as “TZ”),which broke the monopoly from developed countries and then altered global pattern of carbon fiber.With the development of China’s aerospace and high-level sports,it is a urgent demand for high rigidity(high modulus)carbon fiber.Thus the development of the M40 J grade carbon fiber has became a new trend.Howover,M40 J cannot become a reality without M40 J graphitization furnace,so it is important for the research of graphitization furnace’s quality.This thesis is about project quality management and influence factors analysis,aiming at the problems existed in TZ high temperature carbonization furnace manufacturing and features of M40 J graphitization furnace manufacturing.The quality and management problems are identified,classified and analyzed by methods of simplified analytic hierarchy process(AHP)& fishbone diagram.It values the importance of influence factors to quality management,specifies improvement and insurance measures,studies tactics to resolve or avoid quality problems.Through the analysis for quality control problems in M40 J graphitization furnace manufacturing,to improve the quality management system of TZ,many efforts has been made from the aspects of design,raw materials,staff,equipment transportation,measure,equipment commission,production environment about measures of quality control;project team establishment;task assignment;monitor system building;management enhancing in staff,e.g.work post responsibility;raw material management,e.g.,raw material selection,inspection for storage and improvement on supplier’s transportation;management in equipment design,e.g.,design flow rationalization.The efficiency of improvement and perfection to M40 J graphite fiber mechanic properties fluctuation,qualified product percentage,performance of graphitizaiton furnace,and process qualified percentage of M40 J graphitization furnace manufacturing supplies theory support and practice instruction to domestic manufacturing of carbon fiber equipment.
