基于BIM与语义技术的绿色施工评价

【摘要】 随着社会对资源和环境要求的不断提高,各行各业生产过程的绿色化进程成为发展的趋势。建筑业作为对环境影响较大且资源消耗量较高的行业,其绿色化的进程受到了国家和企业的高度重视。而绿色施工作为绿色建筑全生命期中的重要一环,也受到了建筑行业从业人员和相关部门越来越多的关注,提高建筑施工过程的绿色化水平是一个亟待推进的进程。目前国家已经出台了相关的绿色施工和评价规范来指导绿色施工的过程。但由于绿色施工规范条款内容相对较为粗略,目前绿色施工的评价过程多为定性化的评价,定量化评价的内容相对较少。定量化评价过程中仅仅依靠传统的纯手工的评价方式不仅需要消耗大量的时间、人力和成本,而且容易出错,因此需要一种更加有效的方法来提高评价的效率。由于绿色施工过程中产生大量的碎片化信息,仅仅依靠手工进行数据的采集及整合显得尤为困难,而BIM、语义、物联网、移动通讯等技术的不断发展,为大规模的数据采集和碎片化的信息表示提供了方便。因此本文提出了一种基于BIM、本体和智能手机的绿色施工评价方法。该方法中,现场传感器采集到的监测数据与BIM端进行结合,在BIM平台进行实时的数据显示及预警,并通过WiFi模块传输到智能手机端,进行监测数据的实时显示。本体作为一种碎片化信息的统一表示方式,则将BIM中的场地数据、传感器采集的现场数据和绿色施工相关规范数据等分散的信息进行了有效的整合,并借助Protégé实现了绿色施工评价的推理过程。在此基础上,本文以《普通混凝土力学性能试验方法标准》(GB/T 50081-2002)为例,选取了混凝土标养室的温湿度的定量化指标进行了方法的验证。验证过程实现了BIM网页端监测数据的显示及弹框预警、手机端监测数据的实时显示以及本体的正确推理,证明了该方法的可行性。该方法可以有效提高绿色施工评价的效率,有利于评价过程的智能化。
【Abstract】 With the continuous improvement of social requirements on resources and environment,the greening process of production has become the trend of further development.As an industry with great impact on the environment and high resource consumption,the greening process of construction industry has been highly valued by the nation and enterprises.Green construction,as an important part of the whole life cycle of green building,has attracted more and more attention from the construction industry practitioners and relevant departments.It is an urgent process to improve the greening level of the construction process.At present,the nation has issued relevant green construction and evaluation specifications to guide the process of green construction.Due to the content of green construction specifications is relatively rough,the evaluation process of green construction is mostly qualitative while quantitative evaluation is relatively rare.In the process of quantitative evaluation,traditional manual evaluation method consumes a lot of time,manpower and cost,and is prone to error.Therefore,a more effective method is needed to improve the efficiency of evaluation.As a large amount of fragmented information is generated in the process of green construction,it is particularly difficult to rely on manual data collection and integration.The continuous development of BIM,semantics,internet of things,mobile communication and other technologies provides convenience for large-scale data collection and fragmented information expression.Therefore,the paper proposes a green construction evaluation method based on BIM,ontology and smartphone.In this method,the monitoring data collected by the sensor is combined with BIM model for real-time data display and warning on the BIM platform,and transmitted to the smartphone through WiFi module for real-time display of monitoring data.As a unified representation of fragmented information,ontology effectively integrates scattered information such as BIM site information,data collected by the sensor and green construction related specification data together,and realizes the reasoning process of green construction evaluation with the help of Protégé.On this basis,taking the standard for test method of mechanical properties on ordinary concrete(GB/T 50081-2002)as an example,the paper selects quantitative temperature and humidity indicators of concrete standard room as the validation indicators of the proposed method.The validation process realizes the display of monitoring data on BIM web client and pop-up warning,the real time display on mobile phone as well as the correct ontology reasoning result,showing the feasibility of the method.This method can effectively improve the efficiency of green construction evaluation and facilitate the intellectualization of the evaluation process.
